해당 결제는 2025년 5월 10일에 이루어졌으며, 의도치 않게 자동 갱신되어 결제되었습니다.
계정에서 자동 결제를 해지한 상태이며, 아직 사용하지 않은 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청드립니다.

필요한 추가 정보가 있다면 언제든지 알려주시기 바랍니다.

When I tried  to change under "My profile" and "Sign-in Email", this  came up:

"Check your previous sign-in email (......) to confirm this change. Until your new email address is activated, you can still sign in with your previous one. All notifications will still be sent to this email address. If you cannot access your previous email, contact Zoom Support."

The Zoom email newsletters typically contain information about how to use Zoom, including topics such as:

・Participating in Zoom meetings
・Scheduling Zoom meetings
・Hosting Zoom meetings
・Questionnaire surveys related to Zoom features, etc.


While I am aware of the process to unsubscribe from newsletters individually as a recipient,
I am wondering if there is a way for a system administrator to unsubscribe all users from these newsletters at once.
The influx of newsletters targeting all users has caused issues like a Denial of Service (DoS) attack,
resulting in a slowdown of the email system.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone facing a similar problem.

Are we able to get a refund on our latest renewal please.

We haven't used the Work Place Pro Annual Plan (x1) for a while, we meant to cancel but couldn't see how to and it has now auto renewed yesterday.

I appreciate you have terms but we can't really afford to pay for something we no longer use. The product is great but our business has changed.

I can obviously provide a/c details.

Hello !

 

I registered zoom account under my company email. I paid a monthly subscription via my credit card.

 

Sometime ago, I enabled 2 factor authentication but i did not store recovery code and i did not install authentication app. This maybe a mistake !

 

Then i changed my laptop. The administrator deleted and formatted all apps, software in old laptop.

 

Now i can not login my zoom account by email and password. It requires me to provide either verification code or recovery code, which i do not have. Could Admin or someone please advise and help me to solve this login issue ? Thank you very much.

If you have a Zoom plan and are shocked to find you cannot reduce the number of licenses or cancel and add-on, please respond. This business practice is dubious at best and potentially actionable.

 

If you were not made aware that Zoom considers you "locked in" until you tried to downgrade or cancel, that experience should be widely publicized before more organizations fall prey to this practice. 

 

Check your paperwork. Did you even get any paperwork? If you did, does it say anything about being locked in? Many people just upgrade plans without being told they will be unable to cancel or downgrade.

So, Zoom thinks they can quietly dip into your account for a subscription renewal without warning. Has this happened to you and they refused to refund you? You’re not alone. Don’t let them get away with it.

Here's what you can do:

 

1. Call your bank immediately and dispute the charge.

2. Request a chargeback and have your bank block any further charges if they won’t cooperate.

3. Share your experience here so we can keep track of how many are affected.


If enough of us hit them at once, maybe they’ll learn that shady business comes with consequences. Let’s hold them accountable.

How do you contact a human at Zoom Support?

I have a problem that's impossible to resolve through Zoom's ridiculously complicated "self-help" site. I need to close an old account that I continue to get billed for.
