Login not possible from second laptop

When our organization had a free subscription, I was able to login to a scheduled meeting on one of two different laptops. This because one has video and the other does not.  Today, after purchasing a Zoom account, I could not login from the laptop that has video working. I could only login from the laptop that I used to purchase the Zoom account (without video). I need a solution.

I recommend updating Zoom to the latest version. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall it. If you still need help, please go to Contact Zoom Support and utilize the Chatbot to report that you can't access your account.
