Have you been considering whether your organization could benefit from implementing Online Fax services?   Zoom Phone Online Fax is an electronic fax service enabling users to send and receive faxes without a traditional fax machine. It's available for Zoom Phone Pro and various Zoom Workplace plan subscribers. Users can exchange PDF files and utilize features such as auto receptionist and shared line group caller IDs for faxing.   Fax usage is charged per page for certain plans, while others offer unlimited faxing. Currently, the service is limited to US and Canada users and supports only black and white faxes. Users can manage and view their fax logs through the Zoom Workplace app or web portal.   Additionally, Online Fax requires a Zoom Phone Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) or Prepay plan to be activated.   To enable to disable the Online Fax, please refer to

Hello,.I am unable to pay for zoom subscription. I've used all the cards in my house including other family members' cards and it's still declining.I just switched from another provider to to zoom last month. The account I used was without funds when it expired. I just funded but it's declined every card.Please what should I do.?

Hi. I have spent a few hours looking up how to set up Zoom healthcare.  I already have a Zoom one pro account, and anytime I try to add Zoom healthcare, the website just brings me back to my current plan, with no option to obtain Zoom healthcare.  Also, I keep reading from multiple people on Zoom community that I need to obtain a BAA in order to be HIPAA complaint.  I have tried calling the sales team but no one actually picks up the phone.     Can someone please explain how I can obtain a BAA.  This has become rather time consuming.  Need help!   Thank you

Hi - Zoom was working fine until a few days ago.  On a PCNow it’s not recognizing any bluetooth devices.I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom and disconnected / reconnected two different blue tooth devices.What else I can do?

I went in and edited the sign-in email address on my account, however it is pending confirmation and the confirmation email was sent to my old email address to which I no longer have access.  I do not want to establish a new account because I have had this one for years and have data and setup that I would like to keep.  How do I updated my email address so that I can continue enjoying my zoom account? Hello Zoom Community! As a Customer Success Manager, I meet with organizations daily that are struggling to scale their virtual events without sacrificing quality. I recently met with a client, Rachel, who manages large, high-profile quarterly town halls for her global executive team.   Rachel’s team was running into constant, high-stakes problems during the 10-minute window before going live: “Our biggest recurring issue,” Rachel told me, “is our executives. They are brilliant, but they are not tech people. They’d join the meeting a minute before showtime, and inevitably, someone’s microphone would be muted, or they wouldn’t have the right slides loaded. I can't get my zoom to allow annotations when screen sharing from an ipad, since all the students in my school use ipads this is a big problem.  Any way to share screen ipad to ipad and write on each others screen without using whiteboard, want to write on pdfs   thanks so much Andrew
