Meetings only 40 minutes despite renewal

Recently, I have renewed my subscription. However, the meetings are still at 40 minutes and it disturbs the smooth conduct of my classes. 
Ticket # BIL1531354  dated 08 Oct 2024, and nobody has responded to it. 
It shows my priority is low - as if I am a free and basic user. If the company can do the sales round the clock then why not round the clock customer service. At the least listen to my query.

Regarding Zoom login and authentication, I would appreciate it if you could provide some insights below.

  1. If both Zoom's original two-factor authentication (2FA) and Google’s two-factor authentication (2FA) are enabled, will both Zoom’s and Google’s 2FA be required when logging in, whether I choose "Sign in with Google" or use the regular ID and password?

  2. Is it possible to disable the regular ID and password login and only allow "Sign in with Google"?
