The Zoom email newsletters typically contain information about how to use Zoom, including topics such as:
・Participating in Zoom meetings
・Scheduling Zoom meetings
・Hosting Zoom meetings
・Questionnaire surveys related to Zoom features, etc.
While I am aware of the process to unsubscribe from newsletters individually as a recipient,
I am wondering if there is a way for a system administrator to unsubscribe all users from these newsletters at once.
The influx of newsletters targeting all users has caused issues like a Denial of Service (DoS) attack,
resulting in a slowdown of the email system.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone facing a similar problem.

In the list view of all members, the admin has the ability to remove members from the mailing lists as long as the mailing list is not associated with a group.

This is not helpful at all and has nothing to do with the question. Why is Zoom making it so difficult to unsubscribe from marketing email.

I paid for a one-month Zoom subscription last month because I planned to use it for only one month. I don’t intend to use it this month, but I received an email saying that the subscription fee was automatically charged again. I have already canceled my plan, but since the payment has already been made, I would like to request a r-e-fund for this charge.

Please utilize this option to unsubscribe.

This does NOT work. I'm sure everyone has tried this as I have. It just brings you to an error page. Give it a try! Please help.

This only works for some of them. I have unsubscribed from the same event host 5 times now over the past month. I don't know how your system works now, but I keep getting notifications for things I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. You have allowed anyone who has my name on a list for ever attending one of their events/webinars to automatically send me notifications for any webinar they want - ones I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. Some of them also just add me to new lists they create because I have never heard of some of them. I HATE THIS and am seriously thinking of just opting out of all Zoom emails entirely!!!

There is NO 'unsubscribe' link in ANY of the emails I receive from Zoom. Your A.I. agent also suggests this first step every time. But if the link doesn't appear, then this advice is useless, or worse, it's false.

#Fail - the unsubscribe button doesn't work. By law you need a functional unsubscribe option in any marketing email you send out.
