Saved the wrong part of the recording

I was trying to trim a recording of a lot of dead space at the end. Pushed the button, and realized I saved the dead space and lost the meeting itself.

Is there a way to reverse the process or recover the original recording from the cloud?

I've tried a number of times to create a brief Zoom Clip. I also tried different settings.  Clips between 15-30 seconds. All appear unloadable.  The software says 'the video cannot be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. '  I know it's in Beta testing.  Is this commonly occurring or is there a solution?

cannot convert recording

Hi 

 

I am not able to convert my zoom recording. I have tried various methods even the one where we record a new meeting and then try to copy the file into the new meeting folder but it doesn't work

 

Please guide me on how i can do it?

Recording playback error

My cloud recording of a meeting is saying "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." after about 1 hour of playing fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Our work flow requires that we use a dynamic link through Zoom Business accessed from the web, not the app. I have had issues with connecting to meetings. If I uninstall the desktop app, I have less issues. However, I cannot seem to hear the other person. (this maybe an issue on the other end). I should add, about 80% of my time on Zoom is through phone calls.

Autoplay Zoom Clips in a Playlist

Is it possible to autoplay the series of clips that are part of a Clips playlist?   Is it possible to launch into the autoplay of the clips from the playlist thumbnail?

Clips "no microphone permission" "no camera permission"

When Clips was initially rolled out, it worked fine.  A month or so later, my microphone and camera are blocked.  Our State IT has stepped into my computer to adjust the privacy and security, but they are set to allow access.  Several people on my network have the issue and some outside the network....with the same originator/admin of our licenses.  I can make silent clips., but the beauty is being able to talk and explain as I am clicking away.

Step 1. Go to your Settings and  Generate a creative Virtual Background using AI

Problems with permissioning clips

I am attempting to share a zoom video clip with someone. I've added her email address to my list as someone with whom I want to share this video. I give the person the link for the clip. Yet when the link is entered and she selects the download link,... Show more

I am attempting to share a zoom video clip with someone. I've added her email address to my list as someone with whom I want to share this video. I give the person the link for the clip.  Yet when the link is entered and she selects the download link, she gets an error that says, "The clip owner's admin turned off the download setting."

 

A few questions:

 

1) Does this person have to be "logged on" to zoom with that email address to download the clip?

2) Is there a way for me to share this clip (temporarily) with everyone regardless of whether or  not they log in? I would only do so for as long as it takes this one person to download, and then I'd re-secure the permission.
