Hello Zoom Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with my primary Zoom account. When I try to log in, I am redirected to an "Education Data Collection" form, asking for organization information. My account was intended for personal use, so I believe it may have been mistakenly set up as an education or business account. Since I cannot access my account to adjust these settings or contact support, I am reaching out through a secondary Zoom account. Could you please assist in resetting my primary account to a personal account, or help me bypass the Education form?
