I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

I have a paid account but the chat bot says I cannot get support for my account, I have to use the community forums, why is this?

I bought the Pro Account and paid it (with Apple Pay) but I used my "normal" Account and not the Apple-ID-Account (I only have one Zoom Account). Now in the Zoom Account it only shows the Baisc Account. So what can I do? I paid the Pro Version and atm can only use the basic version. Thank you very much for your help!

Anyone got any help? I can't seem to contact anyone on zoom, I am being charged 174 for absolutely nothing, I keep on getting locked out after 40 minutes and it says I'm not allowed to talk to the chat centre? Does anyone know how to talk to a zoom agent? Many thanks Sophie

Hello Zoom Support Team, I am experiencing an issue with my primary Zoom account. When I try to log in, I am redirected to an "Education Data Collection" form, asking for organization information. My account was intended for personal use, so I believe it may have been mistakenly set up as an education or business account. Since I cannot access my account to adjust these settings or contact support, I am reaching out through a secondary Zoom account. Could you please assist in resetting my primary account to a personal account, or help me bypass the Education form?

Got this real weird issue recently, where my friend is using a google pixel mobile and whenever he's trying to login via SSO in Zoom Workplace, it gets stuck at prompt stating "Continue". Neither he's able to click on "I dont know the company domain" nor does he able to click on continue. I have seen that this might be default browser issue as per previous threads but I have checked that the deault browser was Google Chrome only. What might be the troubleshooting over here. Please help
