I have everything enabled according to the help center articles but I still receive this error message every time "Meeting Summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript. Next steps were not generated". Please assist
Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?

Previously the AI Companion notes were sent automatically after each call but that is no longer happening. I checked my settings to make sure I have the auto setting actia
hello I clicked the AI companion icon to give me meeting notes, and it looked like it was recording. Now I can't find the AI transcript. Is this feature not automatically set? It was flashing during the meeting but now I can't find the transcript. thx

The AI Companion icon constantly flashes if someone is using it, but the flashing is distracting. Is there a way to have it stop flashing or to remove it from the title bar?

Greetings fellows Zoomies! Not sure if this has been discussed before but the AI Companion Smart recordings are a game changer for staff tasked with creating minutes from meetings as well as students and faculty conducting research interviews on Zoom. The Smart recording content, however, is not one of the components that can be downloaded from the cloud recording like the video and the transcript. Is Zoom going to add that functionality? When I meet in my personal room, I get a Wonderful AI summary sent to myself and participants, in English. But I just received the AI summary sent for a scheduled meeting, and it was in Chinese. I don't read Chinese. Clearly, I have not changed any settings -- all I did was schedule a meeting for one week in the future. Any thoughts as to why the summary would come back in anything other than the language I specify I use? Thanks
