サインインするには、5.17.5以降のバージョンアプリが必要と出て使えません。ITチームに連絡と書かれてあるのですが、連絡先すら提示されず八方塞がりです。緊急で使うのにもかかわらず使えない状況で困っています。

Even after upgrading, the account still shows as Basic.
I bought the monthly package. But it still seems like a basic account. I was charged LKR 3000
I still cannot figure out my Zoom account problem, as I paid my Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro renewal on 3/27 (as evidenced in my bank account withdrawal).
Yet, my account shows I only have Zoom Workplace Basic. Somehow, I was downgraded and cannot get anyone via customer service call back (limited to Business Pro and above) and Zoom chat is useless!
Zoom chat gives basic answers that don't come close to answering my problems/issues!
It appears I'll have to pay another $159.90 to have a Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro account again!
I cannot link to my Google account at all, so I'm in limbo right now.
Do you know anyone with customer service call-in access who might ask a question on my behalf?

I am processing the upgrade pro plan since May 13, 2025 but i can't get pro plan.

I upgraded to zoom pro business plan account, but the account plan is still showing basic.
Can anyone help me with this regard? I have been logging with the correct email id that was used for the pro account.
I upgraded by account this afternoon from Basic to Pro. I've had a Pro account for some time, but had neglected to renew, so I had slipped back to Basic. Upon payment, my account was immediately upgraded which is great. I need a receipt/ invoice for the payment and didn't see any type of document I could print as a receipt. Do you know how I can get one?

I signed up for a Zoom trial but forgot to turn off renewal. After the trial period on April 15 2025, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom Workplace Pro subscription through the Google Play Store, so I would like to request a refund. I canceled the subscription through Google Play and I kindly request that you consider processing the refund as an exception. I have called to support team as well as Submit a ticket but have not received a refund and they are jumping from one agent to another saying rest assured we will resolve your issue. But at the end of day they say as you have dispute it with your bank that's why there is chargeback and refund was issued but I had provided them my credit card screenshot in which my credit card company has reposted the charge. Till now I had not received any refund. Zoom should work honestly and with ethical business practices. Therefore I request you guys to refund the money asap.

On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is there any indication at all that I have Zoom Pro. I have no access to the features, and when I follow the steps online to resolve (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057835 and https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065302&_ga=2.219133529.1114727551.1717978057-1343244150.1717978057) it does not work and I cannot change my account to Pro. I do not want to pay again. I emailed Zoom support within days of May 26 and have tried calling and have gotten no support. How might I resolve this issue? I need Zoom Pro as soon as possible - grateful for all the support you can offer! Thank you!

I'm about to upgrade to either pro or business account. We met with attorney today to file our 501c3 paperwork, but don't have non-profit status yet. Can I come back and change the account details for tax exemption once we do?
