I was going to cancel  Zoom Pro today because I was feeling like the price of the Pro plan was too high for my infrequent use and not needing many of the features. When I clicked in to cancel, Zoom offered an option to go to a new Beta tier called Zoom One Basic Plus that's more like Basic but allows for extending up to 4 meetings/month to 80 minutes, so I decided to give that a try, but now I don't know how to use the meeting extensions and haven't been able to find any information about it in the support area so far. I realize I may be looking in the wrong place. Does anyone know more about this & could help me figure out how to use this new feature?

Account not upgraded after paying for subscription

I subscribed to Zoom Pro on Tuesday morning, however, my account hasn't been upgraded there is still a 40mins time limit on all my meetings. I was supposed to receive an email about the upgrade within a 24-hour period but that hasn't happened either.... Show more

What payment method is available to someone in Nigeria other than a credit card?

What is the best method to talk to and/or receive a response from Zoom.  Over the past week, I have called the sales number several times and submitted the online contact form in an effort to discuss an upgrade and/or add on service to our account.  When calling the number, 888-799-9666, I follow the prompts and am place on hold for 30 minutes or more.  I have not received a response and/or acknowledgement of the contact form submitted online.  DOES ZOOM HAVE LIVE HELP?  Someone to speak to??

Who else has experienced terrible customer service from Zoom when renewing their subscription?

 

I requested and confirmed with customer service to remove a webinar license from our account well ahead of our renewal date.  I even offered to pay our renewal ahead of time to ensure that it was paid without the webinar license we were discontinuing.

 

To our surprise, we were auto-renewed, with the webinar license that we were told would be removed from our account.  Since then, I have opened tickets multiple times with customer support, trying to get this license removed and receive our entitled refund.  Zoom support has never responded to our tickets, instead transferring us between their renewal and billing teams.  I have had to call in directly to get any response and escalate our tickets, only to see them closed or transferred a week later.  

 

It is truly terrible to see this kind of customer service nowadays.  We are planning to cancel our subscription and discontinue any use of Zoom in the future.  I recommend anyone else who has issues with customer service to chime in.

We email everyone and also share on social media.
 
Here are steps to get your video recordings from Zoom.
 
Please note that this steps is NOT connected with HNP in anyway.
 
Just passing along to make sure you get your video recordings.
 
1. Log onto your account on Zoom.us
2. Click on account profile
3. Click on "Unassociate and create your account"
4. From here, select the plan you want
 
Hope this helps you get your recordings.

Will I be able to get my recordings by doing this since it will be a new account?

I would like some upgrade advice

I am running an online therapy website were clients book a session to see a therapist via zoom

When they book they get a zoom link 

the free plan in zoom only allows for 40 minutes so that is a bust

the current plan I am on is the pro plan and what I understand is that it will allow my therapist unlimited meeting time however it seems they must share a zoom account. I would assume that if 2 people book the same time with 2 different therapists that's going to be a problem .

Am i correct in my thinking and then what is the next level up. Currently I only have 6 therapists so don't need 100 additional user account. 

Please would you help me  understand better and suggest a way to accomplish this
