I am unable to sign in with my paid subscription account on zoom. It gives me a network error but it allows me to sign in with my gmail account which is free. This is both on my windows pc (zoom app) and also my phone
I'm trying to broadcast via Zoom, but the downside of Zoom is that the screen freezes or the level is low, so the screen resolution is low. I want to know which promotion I should purchase to be able to broadcast stably. It is difficult to use because the method of inquiry is difficult.. Does anyone know the difference between a personal account and a company account?

I want to buy only Zoom Webinars, but the system says I must also purchase Zoom Workplace Pro.
However, I was told that Zoom Webinars can be purchased without a Workplace Pro license.
Please clarify if a Zoom Workplace Pro plan is required to use Zoom Webinars.
I cannot buy only Zoom webinars.
