On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is there any indication at all that I have Zoom Pro. I have no access to the features, and when I follow the steps online to resolve (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057835 and https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065302&_ga=2.219133529.1114727551.1717978057-1343244150.1717978057) it does not work and I cannot change my account to Pro. I do not want to pay again. I emailed Zoom support within days of May 26 and have tried calling and have gotten no support. How might I resolve this issue? I need Zoom Pro as soon as possible - grateful for all the support you can offer!

前職が倒産し、会社のメールアドレスが使えなくなりログインもできず解約できておりません。引き落としは私のクレジットカードになっているので至急解約したいです。

チャットでエージェントサポートとやり取りをし、1-2日の間にメールを送ると言われ、チケット番号を交付されたものの2週間経ってもメールが来ない。

This is a question based on an issue that we encountered five years ago. 

User A has a personal Zoom Pro account. We want to grant User A an organizational account, but we don't have an organizational email service. (This is a non-profit, and volunteers use their personal email addresses for communications.) Five years ago, if we gave User A an organizational Zoom license using the same email address, that person's personal Pro license became inaccessible for personal Zoom meetings. We were able to build an email forwarding scheme that created pseudo-addresses to allow people to have unique logins to organizational accounts. In addition, I just confirmed that we can use the GMail +trick to allow people to manage separate Zoom licenses. 

Is the original problem still a problem? Can User A log in to zoom.us and mybelovedorg.zoom.us with the same email address and have two separately licensed accounts?

Hello, I have allowed Face Analyzing when I wanted to try a bunny filter on my face. It was fun. Now I would like to undo that permission as It's a privacy concern for me. I have put A LOT of time trying to find out how to do that- searching the settings and online. This is unbelievably complicated/ simply impossible. I was not able to find anything related.

Zoom is fraud. They just steal your money!

So, I had a business account for my Digital Marketing agency. We paid for 15 yearly licenses and one day (after 5 months of usage) all our accounts has been blocked.

 

I've tried to file appeal multiple times - nothing, tried to contact billing by the phone and emails multiple times - nothing.

 

The answer is always "automated". First all our accounts has received an email:

 

Hello,
We've detected an issue with ****@******l.com, associated with your Zoom account, that violates the Acceptable Use Guidelines or section 3(d) of Zoom's Terms of Service . For this reason, this user has been suspended.
Please reach out to the email owner and let them know if they wish to dispute this decision, they may submit an appeal .

 

The fun thing, there's no such section. After I noticed that they have answered:

We’ve detected an issue with your account that violated our Terms of Service and Community Standards. In particular, this issue violated section 8 of the Zoom Terms of Service and resulted in a permanent block on your account.

But you can see that section 8 is an extremely big section. Of course nobody answered or provided any evidence of the violation, or at least explained what had happened. As well after that automatic answer that they "reviewed" an appeal the ticket is immediately closed. So I can't even continue asking questions.

 

So after 1 months of tries to receive any info or any money, still nothing.

 

They have just continued closing appeals with no answers or with automatic answers. As for now they have money for 15 business licenses which is big amount of money. And they just took them, that's it! Without any evidence, without anything, just because they can!

 

Give my accounts back, or give me my money back! JUST DO ANYTHING! but you can't just say: We don't care, we took your money, do whatever you want!

 

So would be very glad if anyone can help!

I bought a plan for the clinic I work with, and I made the "little" mistake of miswrote the email adress... So I'm so stuck with the zoom virtual agent that will never conect me with a real support agent.

 

1.- I cannot change the email address because it asks for confirmation.

2.- The email doesn't exist, so I can't get access to the confirmation codes or anything.

3.- I lost $1'800 mexican pesos in that plan and I even still need the plan but zoom doesn't solve anything...

 

Anyone knows how to reach a support agent???

I've ordered and paid a one year licence for Zoom Workplace Pro for two members with a discount for non profit organisations. I only wanted to pay this on behalf of my organisation because others don't have a right to do this. I'm the admin.
I don't need Pro version, so I changed the basic version for myself. I thought that now I can give this Pro version for two team members who need it in their work. The other one went fine but the other one not - the ad says that due to cancellation they cannot proceed. The cancellation might refer to a cancellation they made for a monthly licence of Zoom that they had before. Now it only suggests that they can take a monthly Zoom but we don't want to pay more because we can't use even this that we already paid. 
I wonder what we should do to get this to work?? Please help!
