I am the one of the zoom administrators in the organization.
We have disabled login with email access to the associates today on the zoom admin portal.
So, our main thing is all the users should login there zoom account by using the SSO Method.

But still i shows the email & SSO icon from the User’s account on Admin portal.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Resolved! Warning: Empty Digital Signage content list

Is there any way to not have this warning appear in the Room Health Dashboard? Digital Signage is not enabled for this room so don't need this warning.

Hi everyone...

 

I'm trying to connect my zoom account to a new GoHighLevel account with a client but it will not let me as it's saying it's connected to an old clients one (see screenshot).

 

Does anyone know how I can remove this integration? The old client has said they no longer use GHL and have access to the account... Is there somewhere inside Zoom where I can see what my account is connected to and remove those connections?

Thanks in advance for the help!  My account billing shows my account is Pro, but my account will only let me set up meetings as if it is a basic account.  I can't get through on the phone because they say my account isn't eligible for phone support, but I can't figure out where to go for help.  Nothing from the chatbot.  Nothing from the knowledgebase.  Nothing from Google.  Has anyone ever experienced this before?  What did you do?

Hey everyone - in the same boat as others. Accidentally selected Educator account when trying to create an account using the Google integration. It's now asking for information about my organization, who can sign for student data, etc.

 

Starting over, clearing cache/cookies, trying in a private browser all takes me back to the same page to enter education information. So I'm stuck.

 

Seems like previous threads that have received a response include a link to create a ticket. However, those links make you log in. Hence, right back to the same spot because the whole point is I can't create the account.

 

It's an account for work so I can't just use a different email address.

 

Anyone had any success with restarting the account creation process after accidentally selecting the educator account?

How is it possible to retrieve the #licenses for each product? Previously it seemed there where billing api endpoints (e.g. https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/billing-api/ or https://api.zoom.us/v2/accounts/me/billing ) from which it could be derived. However these are not documented in the new API documentation https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/ and when used I het a response with the following error:

Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[].

How can we via the API retrieve the amount of licenses per product? Or in general the #licenses we have?

I've got a hybrid org with 16 offices all over my state and staff work either in an office or remote. Sometimes staff are in different offices and managers cover fluctuating office locations. 

 

The user-set "Work Location" function in the profile card is great - especially paired with status messages. For example, a user could set their location to "Office" and in their status, write the location city. 

 

Is there a back end report or API request that consolidates this user-reported data to get a picture of where the workforce is on a given day? This helps to manage coverage for sites when staff are on PTO or sick.
