Hello I have recently taken over as an Office Manager at a Small Business and I am looking to merge / consolidate the various Workplace Pro accounts into one licence - We only have 5-8 staff each with their own paid accounts some annual some paid monthly but not looking to upgrade for a Business license. Can I just increase the licenses on one 'Master' Admin account and then invite the other users? Even though they have already paid for an annual subscription? Also is there a way to find out all the users from one domain? - I fear there maybe former staff members with a rolling subscription and no obvious way of knowing if they have an active paid account or not - Any advice?

I tried to log onto my zoom account, it says no account associated with my email. I am the organization account owner. I logged in as another admin and it appears zoom transferred my account owner email to an unknown gmail account. It seems fraudulent, yet without an active account, I spent 20 minutes trying to get through the AI Bot support to access a person. Finally, when talked to a support person, all they said they would do is escalate it and to wait for an email response. Completely inadequate response by Zoom. I wanted to stay on the support line as I had no other way to contact zoom without an active account. They were unable to reinstate my email and just kept telling me to wait for an email response and then ended the chat. They wouldnt transfer me to technical support, just ended the chat! How does someone just take over and replace the account owner email?! I found a support article that explains a few ways to change the account owner, and it appears the only way for me or the other admins to not know this happened is if, and I quote from the article, "If the account owner is no longer with the company and you cannot access their email, contact contact Zoom Support to change the owner. You will be required to verify your identity, relationship to the account, and billing information for your request to be considered." There is no way a random gmail account should be able to fake Zoom support to become to account owner! What is Zoom doing?? I should migrate our entire organization off of Zoom.

Is it possible to bypass the user-level API call limit described in the following URL or make it unlimited?

I’m experiencing an issue with logging into my account using my email. Despite entering the correct credentials, I am unable to proceed past the login screen. I’ve tried resetting my password and clearing my browser cache, but the problem persists. Could anyone please provide assistance on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it? Are there any specific settings or configurations I need to check? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a new user I'm trying to invite to our Zoom account but the system isn't sending emails. I posted about it before but someone deleted my question. I should point out, since the last responder clearly didn't read what I wrote, that I am not trying to invite someone to a meeting. We have a paid for Zoom account but for some reason I can't get support. It's all a bit shoddy.

I am trying to invite a user to join our Zoom group but it seems the messages from Zoom are not getting through. Is there any way to check they've been sent from Zoom? My Exchange log shows no messages received from Zoom, other external mail gets through. Their email address is correct, I created it. I’m not trying to invite them to a meeting, I want them to have a Zoom account.

Where is Account Management?
Please change to personal. In addition, please cancel your PayPal bill.
Thank you.
What am I missing? I can connect Zoom to Google Calendar, but not to iCal? I'm on a Macbook Pro.
