I am from India and was successfully using a Zoom monthly paid account. However, my credit card expired, and I got a new one. When I tried to restart my monthly paid subscription with the new card, it showed the message: “The payment currency option is not available for your country.”

I also tried using several of my international credit cards that work for making payments in USD on other apps and platforms, but not on Zoom. How can I resolve this issue?

I am trying to change my login email and the email Zoom notifies me with.  The problem is, I no longer have access to the original login email, but when I go to try to change my login email to the new one, Zoom says to confirm the change by checking an email they send to the old one.  Since I can't access it I can't confirm.

Hi

I am a music tutor, teaching individual lessons, each 30 minutes long. I have the free zoom account as I  never have more than one client at a time or a longer lesson than 30 minutes. Next lesson follows on immediately from previous one. 

Zoom is now asking me to upgrade and adding a 5/10 minute wait before I can log on to my next client. This makes me look so unprofessional as i am late for next lesson -- then even later for the 3rd one. Is there any way of disabling this? -

Zoom took payment for an annual subscription which I did not sign up for. They offered me the free trial, which I accepted, then sent me an email declining to offer me the free trial. So I joined under the monthly subscription and then zoom removed a... Show more

Zoom took payment for an annual subscription which I did not sign up for. They offered me the free trial, which I accepted, then sent me an email declining to offer me the free trial. So I joined under the monthly subscription and then zoom removed a full year's subscription from my bank account without my permission.

 

I have contacted google play and zoom, zoom have ignored my report and google play have declined to refund.

 

This is 100% outright theft and fraud

I would like to request a full refund for the recent (today actually) charge  for my Zoom Pro subscription. An unexpected charge was debited from my account, and since I am not currently using the service, I don't need to continue paying for it. I have already canceled the plan, and according to your policy, I am aware that I am still within the first 30 days during which a refund can be requested. Thank you in advance for your help in processing this refund.

Dear Zoom Support Team,

 

We previously reduced the number of licenses from 43 to 37. The corresponding funds were allocated on our card to renew 37 licenses.

However, these funds were not charged, because the invoice was issued for 43 licenses instead, and there were not enough funds on the card to cover this amount.

We kindly ask you to reissue the invoice for 37 licenses, which we will pay immediately, and to cancel the previous invoice for 43 licenses.
