Hello Members, I bought the zoom package 4 day back for calling plan,everthing was working fine i was able to receive and make calls on my zoom phone app but from today in my phone app it says "Your acount is inactive,please contact admin (code: 1301403).i have done everything talk to a customer care but nothing worked.Please if anyone knows how to eradicate this problem please help.I am not able to receive or make calls.

We are about a month away from go-live with Zoom phone. In our testing we’ve found that delegation calls with ring all of the delegatee’s devices, including their mobile phone apps. Has anyone found a way to limit this? My concern is bosses lines ringing on their assistants cell phones at all times, including lunch breaks, after-hours and weekends. Thank you in advance!

通話中のライブ文字起こしを利用しています。 あとから、メモとしてメールに添付したりしたいのですが、ライブも文字起こしされたものがどこにも存在しません。 どこに保存されているのでしょうか? 通話中は表示されていますが、電話が終了すると画面から消えるのでなにもできないのです。 通話しながらライブ文字起こしされたものを見る意味はないと思われます。ライブ文字起こしされたデータを活用して、伝達の手間やミスが無くなるのではないかと期待をしていましたが・・・ 誰か、ZOOM Phoneのライブ文字起こしのデータがどこに格納されているのか知っている方はいませんか?

I reached out to support but the confirmed this is not possible currently. We answer phones on a physical phone, but to help assist the staff answering the phone we were hoping the use the call summary and live transcription features in the app. It is not currently possible if the app is paired to the phone and the phone answers to the call to get those features.

I can't seem to find out how to use the zoom phone - when I dial an outgoing call, I immediately get a message that says I don't have the correct service plan. I have the Pro License, and the $15/mo Unlimited US/CA. Can someone help?
I have a Swedish Skype number, landline-like, that works with mobiles and landlines in Sweden unlimited, and globally per minute. Can I transfer this number to Zoom somehow? I cant seem to get in touch with support, so can I do that myself somehow? Or is it easier to use another provider than Zoom and which one then, to transfer my Skype number? Best regards Tor

I'm getting nowhere with customer service. I am a small business owner with one line, just for me. I am still not receiving calls on my phone. When I try to call from another phone number, it goes to an operator and asks for a extension. How can I set this up so that one, the app on my phone actually rings, and two, it goes straight to the voicemail, no operator-no extension. Can anyone help?

Hi All, I am new to Zoom Phone and must say am not enjoying the experience! I recently purchased an Australia and New Zealand Unlimited Plan, but have not been able to make any calls. Each time I have tried, I receive the following message "Sorry...the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Also, unable to receive calls too! So now I'm confused ( have I not set up properly, am I not dialling numbers correctly?) and worried that perhaps I have purchased an incorrect plan - although I made the purchase after long discussion and upon recommendation of Zoom's sale team. I need to be able to call the landline of my office in Melbourne and vice-versa. I am however currently stuck in Greece (since COVID-19 outbreak) so I am wondering if my physical location is creating a problem. I was told my plan isn't supported by Live Chat. I also submitted a ticket - and was the same thing - each time pointing me to video tutorials. I checked them out, but were not very helpful and my problem remains unsolved. So I'm really hoping that someone can PLEASE HELP ME from here. Thanks in advance, KayGee Please help!
