Hello!

We have an annual subscription. In June, I was late with the payment, and when I renewed the subscription, I also paid the outstanding amount of $24.98. The accounting department is requesting an invoice for this amount separately. Please, could you assist me with this?

Invoices can be viewed and downloaded from your account. See Viewing your Zoom invoice history for details. 

 

While a separate invoice for an outstanding amount cannot be generated, our Billing team can help you locate the invoice this amount was applied to. You just need to submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.
