Who else has experienced terrible customer service from Zoom when renewing their subscription?

 

I requested and confirmed with customer service to remove a webinar license from our account well ahead of our renewal date.  I even offered to pay our renewal ahead of time to ensure that it was paid without the webinar license we were discontinuing.

 

To our surprise, we were auto-renewed, with the webinar license that we were told would be removed from our account.  Since then, I have opened tickets multiple times with customer support, trying to get this license removed and receive our entitled refund.  Zoom support has never responded to our tickets, instead transferring us between their renewal and billing teams.  I have had to call in directly to get any response and escalate our tickets, only to see them closed or transferred a week later.  

 

It is truly terrible to see this kind of customer service nowadays.  We are planning to cancel our subscription and discontinue any use of Zoom in the future.  I recommend anyone else who has issues with customer service to chime in.

I upgraded Zoom One BASIC to PRO on 19th of Sept. 2023 in my mobile and made the annual payment of INR 4390/- via Google Play Store paid through Google Pay.
 
But still my Zoom App shows Basic (which ends in every 40 minutes).
 
And when I tried to upgrade it again, it shows Error [ PG-GEMF-01] and already subscribed. 
 
I paid on 19th Sept. and still unable to conduct meetings. My work is a lot affected due to this.
I tried contacting Google Play store with abovesaid request for which they replied to have the communication with the app developer (ZOOM) and not with them.
And when I contacted ZOOM app developer, I was informed that they have limited visibility of the payments done via Google PLAYSTORE.  Kindly refund or upgrade to pro version
I cannot afford to lose this huge amount of money and I am planning to take legal actions against both - Google PLAYSTORE and ZOOM App developer.
 
Kindly expedite the matter. An early response is much appreciated. @Nina @zetrick

I searched the community forums for this issue but I seem to not find anything regarding this particular issue. 

At the start of August, Zoom ended their partnership with working live and my account was moved and converted to a basic free account. 

 

But I still to seem to get my credit card charged each month. Ive tried to reach out to Working Live but there is no response and everytime I attempt to access their wesbite, my anti-virus alerts me of the website being malicious and blocks me from accessing it. 

 

So I am at a loss of what to do other than doing a charge back on my credit card. But I am curious if anyone else in the community who had been subscribed to working live is also facing this issue as well?

Update payment method - Payment expires in less than 60 days message

I keep getting this message at the top of my zoom account page:"Your payment card on file will expire in less than 60 days. Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future." My card on file does not expir... Show more

I keep getting this message at the top of my zoom account page:

"Your payment card on file will expire in less than 60 days.  Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future."

 

My card on file does not expire for 3 years.  I re-entered the card information just in case but still getting the same message.  I see others have had a similar issue but there is not any response from Zoom Support on their threads.

I've changed my payment option, but it is still written that I have to update it because the expiration date is in 2 months. But it's in 2026!

Credit Card Will Expire in 60 Days Notice

Across the top of my Zoom home screen - "Your payment method will expire in 60 days...".  I have gone to my account and the credit card on file will not expire in 60 days.  I've double-checked all the info.  Now what?

Delete the credit card info

I need to delete the information for the credit card in the 'Billing' section. I cancel my subscription, and I tried to do this but it appears to change the payment only without deleting the existing information for the credit card.

Resolved! zoom one Pro account pausing

good morning.. I paused my zoom one Pro for 3 months which ends April 27th. How can I extend it for another 3-6 months? Is it possible?   ..thanks for any help resolving  ..it says it will resume automatically on that day.
