Привет. Моя учетная запись была переведена на базовый план из-за неуплаты. В разделе история счетов было два инвойса, один с кредитным остатком. Оплатил инвойс профессиональный тариф, а меня не переключили, уже пара дней прошло и по прежнему на базовом тарифе.
Причем кредитный инвойс так и висит не понятно почему. 

Что делать?

My option for currency change is greyed out

Earlier there was not Indian currency available so I used US currency for bill payment. But now when I try to change the currency the tab for currency is greyed out and I am not able to change it to Indian rupees. Please help me change this

Hello, I used the pro free trial event for about 10 days from my usual free use.

However, when I logged in to Zoom today, I saw a link recommending a free trial again, and I clicked and paid because I thought the free trial was possible again. (Expected payment of KRW 0)

But after a simple meeting, I checked now and it's a year-by-year payment, so I'm very embarrassed.

 

I'd appreciate it if you could give me a refund.
If it is wrong to use a meeting once, I hope a refund will be made within the possible range.

One-year payments are a big burden for me.
Please give me a refund.

Brought wrong plan

I bought the plan for this account and then realized I had annual plan for a different account. I would like to refund for the monthly plan,.

Hoping this gets some traction here as the 4th dept to be involved. Joshua Tan in finance continues to send demands for payment but does not provide an active account number. We have provided evidence that the Wells Fargo bank account that zoom has provided on invoices is INACTIVE and CANNOT RECEIVE PAYMENTS. This has been going on for several months and has over 15 people engaged from both my company and from Zoom where there are several internal tickets and requests for escalation. We have yet to have this resolved.

Active el Plan Pro en mi cuenta aprovechando la prueba gratuita de 7 días que ofrece Zoom, pero al momento de activarlo se me realizó el cobro de inmediato.

La aplicación no me funcionó como esperaba para mi objetivo, así que me gustaría saber si alguien ha pasado por lo mismo y cómo puedo solicitar un reembolso en este caso.

I made a Zoom payment in September, and the automatic payment for October was charged today.
Since I don’t plan to use Zoom this month, I kindly request a refund.

I made a mistake while I was trying to cancel my account. I don't longer need zoom just eventually, but mean while I  click on moving backward billing chosen payment monthly.

I was doubting if your ZOOM will be returning my money back , then I moved back and billing again for a year. How much shoud I have to pay ?

It is much easy for me to say it in spanish

Quiero cancelar la cuenta de un año pro, que ya fue debitada de mi cuenta

cometí el error de pasarme al plan  mensual y me facturaron, tuve duda si me reembolsaría la diferencia del mes  a pago  anual.

Luego volví a regresar al plan anual y otra vez tuve facturación, Podrían anularme la facturación mensual y regresar al plan anual como lo tenia antes.

 

Otra consulta, sera posible cambiar mi correo electrónico (***********) por otro?
