I previously used Zoom Pro for two months at a discounted price and decided to cancel it afterward. Upon attempting to renew my subscription, I was shown a charge of 7.50 euros for this month, which I proceeded with. However, I was charged nearly 18 euros instead, and at no point in the renewal process was I made aware of any charges beyond the 7.50 euros.

I reached out to customer support, but unfortunately, I received no meaningful assistance, only an apology for a "glitch" in the system.

I would like to request a refund for the price difference, as I was not informed of the higher charge beforehand. I do not wish to cancel my subscription for this month but would appreciate resolving the billing issue promptly.

I find this situation quite frustrating, particularly due to the lack of transparency and the inadequate support provided

Why do I keep getting emails “Our records indicate that the details of your card have changed”

Nothing has changed. The card is the same and won’t expire for several months. I get one if these emails every 1-2 months for no reason. Each time I log in, check the info, find that nothing has changed.Then I change my password for safety. Can someo... Show more

Nothing has changed. The card is the same and won’t expire for several months. I get one if these emails every 1-2 months for no reason. 

Each time I log in, check the info, find that nothing has changed.
Then I change my password for safety. 
Can someone offer some insight as to why this keeps happening?

Payment issue in India

Trying to pay using debit and credit cards but it keeps on saying recurring payment is not set on all the cards. even if I click on the pay now link it still tells me to accept E-Mandate. why is zoom so worst at payments.

I upgraded Zoom One BASIC to PRO on 19th of Sept. 2023 in my mobile and made the annual payment of INR 4390/- via Google Play Store paid through Google Pay.
 
But still my Zoom App shows Basic (which ends in every 40 minutes).
 
And when I tried to upgrade it again, it shows Error [ PG-GEMF-01] and already subscribed. 
 
I paid on 19th Sept. and still unable to conduct meetings. My work is a lot affected due to this.
I tried contacting Google Play store with abovesaid request for which they replied to have the communication with the app developer (ZOOM) and not with them.
And when I contacted ZOOM app developer, I was informed that they have limited visibility of the payments done via Google PLAYSTORE.  Kindly refund or upgrade to pro version
I cannot afford to lose this huge amount of money and I am planning to take legal actions against both - Google PLAYSTORE and ZOOM App developer.
 
Kindly expedite the matter. An early response is much appreciated. @Nina @zetrick

We were unable to process payment since your sold to country is ineligible for the currency selected

Can someone help me with this error? I was able to pay all my previous bills with the same method and same details but now this won't let me make a payment.

We want to charge for webinar registration.

 

I am adding in our details under business account and cannot press save although I have entered information in all of the required fields. At the top of that menu, it mentions something about needing more information from us as apart of an Australian compliance law. We aren't in Australian and have no connection to Australia. 

 

What should we do?
