What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Set Meeting time for 15 minutes after the hour

How do I set the meeting time for 15 minutes after the hour? eg.  08:15am

Meeting scheduler steps state you can do this, but the meeting time converts back to the whole or half hour after I hit enter.

Thank you

Hello:

I am a user of a Zoom Pro account and have noticed an issue with previous meetings. When a meeting moves to the "Previous Meetings" section, it is still possible to start it using the original link. This can cause conflicts with new and ongoing meetings, as they may overlap.

I would like to request a feature that automatically disables meetings that move to the "Previous Meetings" section, so they cannot be started again by me or other users who have the link. This would help avoid conflicts and improve meeting management.

If anyone has found a solution or has any ideas, please share them!

Best regards,

Hi all.
Apologies if i have not selected the correct support board.

I have 4 zoom room pc's that seem to be ignoring the OS update schedule.

Under update management, when i check the OS update schedule i can see that the scheduled install day is set to everyday, and the active hours are from 5am to 11pm with a weekly system restart on Saturday.

Now over the past 2 week or so the windows update window has popped up automatically over the zoom window and obviously can't be closed without IT interaction as there is no mouse plugged into the zoom room pcs.

Currently the 4 windows 11 pcs are running zoom room app 6.3.5 (5226).

Is there a reason as to why this is occurring?

Cheers

Zoomer Scheduler Link not displaying all booking pages

Hi -- I've created an All Hosts Available collective booking page with a colleague. The booking page correctly filters both of our calendars and allows viewers to schedule a meeting. However, this is only possible through the direct booking link URL.

When using either of our individual scheduler links -- schedule.zoom.us/[username] -- our collective booking page will not display. In other words, only our individual booking pages are available when sending one of our scheduler links. Is there a way to show all of our booking pages, both individual and collective, via our schedule links?

The experience I am looking for would enable multiple booking options that correspond to different groups of individuals within the same scheduling link. Upon selecting an option for Alice and Bob, the visitor would be able to book a meeting according to their joint availability. Alternatively, upon selecting an option for Bob and Carol, the visitor would be able to book a meeting according to a different set of availability.

The above experience would be available should individual scheduler links include all booking pages related to that user. Please let me know if there is another way to do this or if I am experiencing an error.

Thank you for reading, your help is very much appreciated.

Hi, this post is more for curiosity. I'm wondering if I am in a tiny minority of people who have a large number of "No Fixed Time" meetings. This is because we have many clients with whom we "hop on a call" on short notice, at varying times. This use case seems to be a real second-class citizen, in that,

a. You can't create such meetings from the desktop app

b. The whole page is wasted space for me - see screenshot. I have to scroll down, click the tiny "Recurring meetings" link, and then scroll down through my many meetings to find one (alpha-sorted of that list was restored in - thanks!). Most of the screen is used with the beach umbrella and "no meetings scheduled, enjoy your day". (I don't have any meetings SCHEDULED, but unfortunately in my situation, that isn't automatically a beach day... sigh.)

If this is indeed a low priority use case, that's fine, but I have one small suggestion: at the top of this page can there be a simple one-line quick search box? That way I can quickly "zoom in" (ha) on my desired meeting. I believe that feature would equally benefit those have *scheduled* recurring meetings. Thanks!

Dear Community,

I have created a meetings page for upcoming event and handed over the html code to my teammates in the web team to embed the registration on a landing page.

Unfortunately, I am receiving the feedback, that the html code is not including responsive code, something I was told comes out of the box in Calendly.

Is this also supported in Scheduler? And if so, where is it to find or how should I change the existing code?

Many thanks!

I need to schedule 25 to 30 zoom meetings a week and until recent I would set up the meeting day and time. I would then be able to enter the attendees by starting to post their email address. I did not have to enter the entire email. Now, the system does not do that. Instead, I have to manually type in the entire email address. Not only is it more effort but it increases the chance of error. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

Greetings!
I need some help. I know there's a zoom / salesforce integration, but I haven't been able to determine if it can do what I need. Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

I want to give customers my zoom scheduler booking page to have them schedule meetings. What I would like however, is to have that customer's contact info flow to salesforce as a lead. Is that possible?

Zoom Scheduler Allow Customize of Multiple Types of Invites?

With Zoom Scheduler can you create multiple templates for different types of invites?  Possibly having a company logo for business related, another company logo for a 2nd company, and a different logo and template for personal appointments?
