Today I purchased a Zoom Event subscription for 600 people. But the account is completely down, and the AI assistant cannot help. I want to refund the money for it, as I will not use it, because I can neither create a hub nor hold an event, nor anything.

I cannot open, force quit, or move the app to trash on my MacBook. When I try to open the app I get a finder pop-up that says, "The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore." When I force quit the app, nothing happens and it is still 'open.' When I attempt to delete the app, with the intention to redownload and start over, I get a finder popup that says, "The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore." What am I supposed to do? I cannot join any meetings by any means on this device. Yes, everything is up to date. Yes, I have turned my device on and off.

Device never recognized.

Everytime I try to log in to Zoom, Zoom fails to recognize the device even though I used it within the past 7 days. I use 2 different computers depending on whether I am at home or at a meeting in Church and use my phone to schedule. This problem sta... Show more

Everytime I try to log in to Zoom, Zoom fails to recognize the device even though I used it within the past 7 days. I use 2 different computers depending on whether I am at home or at a meeting in Church and use my phone to schedule. This problem started recently and I can not get a human being.  I would cancell but I have classes recorded on Zoom.

My account got suspended and payments are deducting

I previously asked if I could log in from different locations before purchasing Zoom, and I was told it was okay by the sales agents. However, after I bought Zoom Phone, my account was suspended when i login from different locations, they said we cant specify exactly why we suspended but its due to violation of their policy. I appealed multiple times and received responses very late. The support agents kept redirecting me from one ticket to another.

 

I was also informed that since I hadn’t used the services, no charges would be deducted. Yet, I was charged again on the 20th of this march. My account is suspended, preventing me from logging in or manually removing my payment details.

 

There is still an active ticket (BIL1838702) with an agent named Ella Rendora, who said it would take 48 hours to cancel my subscription. However, it has been more than 48 hours, and she is not responding to the ticket.

 

I don’t know what to do at this point—my billing information is stuck with Zoom, and I need to cancel my subscription immediately. i have created a new account to reach out here and see if someone can help me get my card removed.

Hace dos meses adquirí el programa anual de zoom. Ahora veo que me están cobrando esa cantidad mensualmente porque me están facturando el producto por 10, como si hubiera adquirido 10 suscripciones para la misma cuenta (algo sin sentido). No hay manera de reclamar, nadie responde. Encima al tener que cancelar ni puedo usarla. Es desesperante que algo así empieza y que nadie te atiende, como si hablaras con las paredes. Desde luego, si no se resuelve ya estoy buscando otra opción, o conocer o lo que sea, pero con este servicio de atención al cliente estamos vendidos. Toca reclamar a las autoridades de consumo.

Hello! I have a basic Zoom account, but I’m currently unable to access it because my phone number has changed. The two-factor authentication code is being sent to my old number, so I’m locked out of my account. Unfortunately, I can’t find my recovery codes. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and get in touch with Zoom customer service?
