Every month I pay £16.79 for a Zoom pro account and up to last Sunday I have been able to host meetings of 3 hours in length. Today I had to cancel a meeting as my access was limited to 40 minutes as it is now listed as basic. The virtual agent was useless as I was just repeatedly informed that I must have violated service conditions. I have invoices emailed to me to say my payment has been processed including 7th October. I have personal ID and meeting pass code but virtual agent says only basic account. I have not even been able to submit a request to support. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did they resolve it please?

Buenas tardes.  saludos desde Ecuador,   mi contrato de servicio fenece hoy 31 de mayo del 2024; es mi deseo  no continuar con este servicio de zoom; por lo que, comunico a través de este foro la terminación unilateral de mi contrato y por ende el reembolso del valor que Ustedes indebidamente cobraron y a destiempo realizaron a través del sistema de cobro diners club internacional visa titanium, realizado  a las 13h26 del día 31 de mayo del 2024. por lo que solicito se notifique a diners club internacional visa Itanium la terminación del contrato y la devolución de los valores cobrados. anticipo mis agradecimientos.

I subscribed to a 3 year plan and later I had issues with our Reserve Bank as it was more than 5K. Our Accounts section opted for a cheaper plan to make things easier. So I chose a one year plan and it is working now. 

 

Later I still getting "PAYMENT DECLINED" emails.

 

How can I unscrubscribe from the 3 year plan.

Why don’t you offer an intermediate plan – on that meets the needs of families, one that is more affordable than a pro or business one? Ideally it would be a non-subscription single pay one that would provide at least 2 hours of time. That would be a real blessing for a lot of us folks who are not in a business that brings in money but want to enjoy connecting with family members for more than 40 minutes. Sometimes that just cuts off important conversations between caring members of society. I would be happy to pay around $50 for such an app. That would bring in more than a lot of folks using the free version and feeling a bit cheated there is not an affordable one that will provide more time for a reasonable cost. Trust me, there are a LOT of us out here. 😊

I cannot open, force quit, or move the app to trash on my MacBook. When I try to open the app I get a finder pop-up that says, "The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore." When I force quit the app, nothing happens and it is still 'open.' When I attempt to delete the app, with the intention to redownload and start over, I get a finder popup that says, "The application “zoom.us” is not open anymore." What am I supposed to do? I cannot join any meetings by any means on this device. Yes, everything is up to date. Yes, I have turned my device on and off.
