I do not want to remove the integration, but i fear I might have to. This is clearly a zoom bug. every time i pull up someone's calendar (internal) in outlook just to look at available times, zoom sends them a meeting invite right that moment even before I can hit "discard" or "send invitation". I don't know how to make it stop. for example, it is 4:52pm right now.. i open outlook "new event" so i can check my managers schedule to set up a meeting next week... i'm still flipping through the days of the week to schedule the meeting and boom- Zoom, completely on its own, sends her a meeting for today at 5pm EST before i have even finished creating an invite or picking a date and time. What the heck? this has been happening for weeks. The meeting does not come from outlook therefore doesnt show up on outlook calendars, but my zoom alerts will randomly go off on my phone or watch saying "upcoming zoom meeting- 5 minutes" and i open it and its just a shell of an invite from a time i was looking at someones calendar. The problem is they are getting sent to the contacts too and contacts are showing up for meetings that arent real and asking me where i am. HELP

When will Zoom have an ical integration for mac users, please?

Seems a big section of users are unable to access the feature. 

And, no, I dont want to create a google calender meat in the sandwich situation because that creates more headaches - doubles up, doesnt allow dynamic changes, etc etc

For the love of christ and all things holy someone please help me stop the stupid zoom app from creating duplicate events onto my google calendar!! I have three duplicate events for the same meeting and it's always that way when someone uses my scheduling tool in dubsado. Where are these events being created from? Why is it creating two different events for the same meeting and asking if I am joining. Why is it asking if I am attending if I am the host? Does this message board not allow photos or screenshots? What a horrible company.

I sign in using my gmail account however in my account -> Settings-> Main & Calendar: it s showing an old email I no longer have access too. This prevents any invites I get in gmail from showing up within Zoom. I have tried removing/updating this within Zoom but it keeps returning. Any ideas?

Whenever I try to login with gmail on the zoom app it takes me to the sign in tab. But, if I select my account, it redirects me to a page which states "Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again." IF I click next (which is at the bottom of the screen) it brings me to another page which says:

400. That’s an error.

The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.

I cannot access my zoom meetings unless I am signed in with gmail. Please get back to me when possible...

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings? 

I routinely get email reminders to Zoom webinars that I never signed up for. Worse yet, these reminders also come with an addition to my calendar filling it with bogus BS spam webinars.

GotoWebinar has also had this issue but what they're doing about it is allowing you to click a SPAM report for these uninvited webinar invitations.

My only recourse with Zoom is to click unsubscribe, which I do on every one. I get 2-5 new ones a day. I wish Zoom would weed out these bad actor spammers once and for all.

Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

I have my google calendar synced with zoom but for some reason every time I get the cloud recording it says google calendar meeting (not synced). I have all the settings turned on and can see that everything is synced I dont understand why it won't pull the naming convention when it sends me the recording?
