Anyone else seeing this? Chat, resources, and Notes and Decisions tabs are still obeying dark mode in the content area, but "custom" tabs which I use to take notes in are now showing up white even when dark mode is enabled. Whereas previously they were the same as the other tabs.

 

I had upgraded to the latest Win 11 our IT pushed out Friday night. I just updated to the latest Zoom version (6.6.6 - 19875, what a bad omen 666) and restarted, that didn't fix it unfortunately.

Hi, All:

 

I want to use the Notes collaboration and have a note save for further collaboration. I can create a note. I can share for collaboration (as can others in my company), but as soon as the meeting is over or as soon as the created note is navigated away from, the note disappears.  I'm guessing there is an Admin setting that might be impacting this ability to see the notes as saved. Help?! Thank you. (all of this is within my company users; not with outside entities)

I took a note during a meeting earlier today (8/6). Then after leaving the meeting, I can't find the note anymore. I observed this on version 6.5.1. 

After updating to version 6.5.7, I create a new meeting with no one joined, took a note, ended meeting, then the note was still nowhere to find.

I’m exploring whether Zoom’s current functionality can support a specific workflow. I'm a licensed user and often run Zoom sessions where having a live transcript is essential. I’d like to know if the following is possible:

1) Viewing the full transcript in real time — For example, being able to scroll back and see everything from the past 20 minutes, not just the most recent few lines.

2) Interacting with the transcript during the meeting — Adding personal notes, highlights, or annotations alongside the transcript without disrupting the session.

 

Essentially, I’d like to use the live transcript as an active workspace during the meeting, rather than only reviewing it afterwards.

 

Does Zoom currently support this natively, or would it require a third-party integration? If there are recommended best practices, plugins, or API-based solutions for this use case, I’d greatly appreciate any guidance.

I have a question, i currently work for a company and our boss decided to start using the notes. everything is fine, we can edit it with no problem, however, when our boss leaves the zoom meeting the notes in which we were working dissapear, is there any way we can still using that notes even if he is not on the meeting? I've been looking for a solution but i can't find something related

I want to start using Zoom Notes instead of having notepad open on my Desktop and laptop and them not syncing. I would really like to use dictation with it, though, since a decent amount of the time I am in a meeting talking about what needs to be done, and then get out of the meeting and have to write out what I need to do again. I have started to use the AI companion, but sometimes it does not collect the necessary details that I want to add. For example, during the meeting, I may give a brief explanation on how it will work, but in my notes, I will go into more detail. I don't really want to install anything for the company as it would be more for my specific profile.

I've scheduled a Zoom call with 20 attendees for a date 12 days from today. I want to send comments or a "note" with updates about the call, but I'm not finding a button or tab which allows me to add comments or attach this note to the scheduled call.

 

I see I can share the note by adding recipients' email addresses, but then there's no connection to the scheduled Zoom call.

 

There should be an easy way to send a note or comments to the already-scheduled recipients without having to copy/paste their info into a new .....project?

 

This should be an easy thing to do.

It's my first time posting to the Community boards, but I am really excited about the new Notes tool in Zoom. I work for a higher education institution and I see Zoom Notes obviating the need for collaborative documents outside of Zoom to structure in-class activities.

 

My only concern is that the Notes file doesn't seem to be downloadable/exportable. Is there talk of adding that feature at some point? It would be great to be able to download the file as either a .doc/PDF, so students would be able to access the notes offline. Similarly, is there talk of integrating a Notes section in integrated versions of Zoom PRO/Meeting information? If it could be brought into the LTI we use with our Learning Management System, I can see Notes being far more useful.

Hi I want to better utilize notes and agendas as prep for a meeting.  I saw in a previous post that it said to attach notes when you create a meeting.  I don't see how to do that and often I would want to add notes after a meeting has already been created so they show when the meeting starts.  How can I do this?
