A registered event where the participants were imported, and one participant shared her registration with a non-registered participant and when the non-registered attendee clicked Join the meeting, the non-registered participant was prompted to register. How is that possible?

Hi everyone, I often host Zoom meetings and sometimes need to share helpful resources or tools with participants after the meeting. What’s the best way to do this so everyone can easily access them later?For example, I was thinking about sharing a simple resource page (something like a small guide or tool page) along with the meeting notes. Do you usually put links in the chat, email them later, or use another method?Would love to hear what works best for you all.

Hi - I’ve just published a recurring weekly event. We will have different team members covering sessions, so I didn’t have any speakers added when I published. I’m adding speakers now and they are not receiving the email invite with calendar link.The sessions are published. Registration is required.They all have special role of speaker. They’ve all been added as “speaker.”I’m adding them per session here: The speaker session join details email is scheduled for 4 weeks out - but sessions start next week.  Am I missing something? Is there a way to set these to send as soon as I add someone as a speaker? Or is there even a way for m

We hold a meeting 5x per year.  Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp.  We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend.  We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram.  Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register.  For our February event we have over 350 "people" register.  Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area.  I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States.  I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person.  I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful.  I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meeting

I’ve set up a Zoom Event with recurring sessions. We’ll have 7 sesssions throughout the year and we want people to ensure that the people we invite tot he first two sessions do not see the next 5. We’re adding sessions as we go throughout the year. If we set up a ticket for the first session, is there a way to hide it form the option to purchase? I know you can expire it but will it still show in the tickets section when people go to register later?

Greetings all!I experienced a strange phenomenon while running Production Studio.  It happened twice, in separate sessions.  I thought it was weird, and just “me”, but now I’ve had a client’s host report experiencing the same thing.I can’t fully reproduce the circumstance, but the full-screen Production Studio window “refreshed” and only showed a few of the elements on screen -- I think it was Preview, Program, and Source boxes, and none of the menu structure was present:   No minimize, maximize, or close buttons in the upper right, and much of the periphery around the Preview, Program, and Source windows was missing.  Both times I immediately took a screen shot… but in the screen shot the window elements were fully populated!!So far I’m not creating a support ticket, because… well, what is there to report?  “It’s weird, stuff was missing, see the screen shot, which doesn’t show anything missing”.I’m hoping if more people are experiencing this can report

I would like to use the Zoom Lobby to collect the attendee's acceptance of consent (for example, consent that the session is recorded). I can put the appropriate message in the lobby description. May I also have an "Accept" button that then places the attendee in the session? Ideally, there would also be a "decline" button that exits Zoom. Thanks.

Hey Team! I’ve got a multi-session Zoom Events set up and published with multiple tickets.  I know that you can only have one registration link but I do not have the option for source tracking under the registration tab. The option to remove India is there but the options for setting up source tracking links are not.  Any help here?

Help! We have an event running for the next two days and the cloud recording option has stopped. Hosts and Speakers can now only record locally.  We recorded the morning sessions wi but the option has now vanished. This is not a storage issue, as I purchased additional cloud storage (500GB) and th three recording were less than 3GB in total.  Anyone encounter something similar?

I have a one-time webinar I created in Events. It looks like it may go over the cap on our Unlimited Event Licence. Is there a way to add the Pay Per Attendee Add-On licence to my account so we can pay per attendee for any overages? Or is the only way to increase the attendee size to move up to the next size on the event's annual plan?

Hello,  I'm planning a Zoom event and I need to be fully bilingual, English and French. Would the interface be in French if the attendee chose French as their language? Would all the buttons on our event be bilingual, such as the buttons for sign up, lobby, sessions... etc.?

Hi Zoom Community,I'm trying to set up a PayPal Sandbox account for testing paid tickets in Zoom Events (not production). I've followed the general PayPal linking guide in Zoom Events settings, but I'm running into issues. I was able to create a sandbox account in paypal.The sandbox also auto-creates a personal and business account. But trying to connect the business account to zoom events portal always gives me an error (as shown in the image attached)Has anyone successfully connected a PayPal Sandbox (not live) account to their Zoom Events hub? If so, What steps did you follow? Thanks for any insights

My webcam is pointed in a way that I can't look at the gallery and the webcam in the same direction, so it always looks I'm not looking at the camera when I'm looking at the Gallery on the Right Side of the Zoom Window.  Can Zoom add an option to put the Gallery on the Left Side of the Zoom Window?

We are holding an event next month that offers attendees a professional development certificate upon completion. For those registered who cannot attend, we would like to offer them the opportunity to watch the recordings of the sessions so they can then receive the certificate. I have been trying to find where you can access the analytics of who views recordings from the LOBBY (not the Zoom web portal), but I'm not able to find this information anywhere. Is there a way of accessing those analytics? 

When we schedule a zoom event in our hub and people register, we do not receive any sort of notification. We have the little box checked in our notification settings to receive an email and a zoom notification (in the zoom events hub notification center) when changes are made to the event. Yet, we do not receive any sort of notification. I have had a ticket open for 2.5 weeks with Zoom support, but get no where with their service team. It's frightening that we pay a lot of money and cannot get answers. Any advice on how to receive an email notification when someone registers for an event would be helpful. 

I created a paid event in Zoom events. However, it appears that registrants can login to the event from multiple devices. We want to prevent that so that paid registrants cannot share their login credentials to give access to a non-paid registrant. Is this possible? 

Hello, I'm seeing an issue bringing the Tracking Source Name or Tracking Source URL into the Zoom trigger in Zapier, though it is showing my test source on the Zoom side. Any ideas as to how we can get the tracked source logged in Zoom to flow thru to Zapier? It looks like Zapier acknowledges that it is a value, it's just not populating Thank you!.

Two questions:1. When I download an attendee list from our meeting in Zoom Events, it has many who are listed as absent in the lobby plus the join and exit times are blank, and the video watch time is also blank.Why are they listed if they didn't actually attend? 2. We also seem to have a lot of people who join the lobby but never join the meeting...is that a design issue? Perhaps it should take them directly into the event when it starts if they joined the lobby?

Previously, we used the **Zoom Webinar API** (`POST /v2/webinars/{webinarId}/registrants`) to register users programmatically. This worked great - users could register with one click, and Zoom automatically sent confirmation emails with join links.Recently, we started using **Zoom Events (Webinar Plus)** for our seminars. We discovered that the standard Webinar API doesn't work with Zoom Events and returns error code 3000:{"code": 3000, "message": "Registration has not been enabled for this webinar: xxxxx"}We then tried the **Zoom Events Tickets API** (`POST /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/tickets`), which successfully creates tickets. However, we found that **confirmation emails are not automatically sent** when using this API.## Our QuestionIs there any way to achieve t

In Zoom events, you can send an auto-generated email to all "attendees" that the recording is available. How do I get that same message to those who registered but didn't attend? The "sorry we missed you" email" doesn't have the option to add the watch recordings widget.  The settings for the recordings available email do not allow you to select absent attendees. 

Hello! Does anyone know how to view the # of people who went to my registration page but didn't register for the event? My team tracks our registration page conversion rate and this would be enormously helpful.
