The payment was processed on Dec 28, 2025 due to an unintended auto-renewal. I have since disabled automatic renewal on my account, and I have not used the subscription since the renewal. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for this charge.

I have a new user I'm trying to invite to our Zoom account but the system isn't sending emails.  I posted about it before but someone deleted my question.  I should point out, since the last responder clearly didn't read what I wrote, that I am not trying to invite someone to a meeting.

 

We have a paid for Zoom account but for some reason I can't get support.  It's all a bit shoddy.

I would like to request a refund for a recently charged Zoom Workplace Pro Annual subscription.

The subscription was charged at the start of the billing period, but I did not intend to continue with the annual plan. The service has not been actively used since the renewal, and the request is being made immediately after the charge.

As the billing period has just begun, I kindly ask for a full refund in line with Zoom’s refund and cancellation policy.

We were force to store our card information or other payment information when subscript to zoom.  I dont have google pay nor apple pay, i was using prepaid card previously but after saving this card information, my card show many unauthorized transactions. I have reported this and my card is blocked. Zoom should provide option to not having our payment information save. We should be able to have option to pay manually for new subscription.

 

is there a way to remove our payment information instead of terminate our zoom account ?
