Hello.I'm trying to sign up for Zoom, but accidentally checked the education account (under 12) for my email: ********@gmail.com . Now I can't continue my registration because I need to put some data about the education organization that I don't have…I can't reset it, and I can't create a support ticket without registration to unblock my account!I'm stuck on the registration procedure…And even when I create another account, this is HUGE problem to create a support ticket... It’s only possible to do it is using “request type:: Accounting”! BUT one thing matters. Since I created this ticket more than 5 months ago, there has been no answer to it for now!This is a trap in UX design, and I got in. How can this have happened in such a big and famous company?! And what should I do next?

Hello. We received the message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignments for your account." I understand that we are no longer allowed to transfer a single license between two users. But how can we at least return the license to its original owner? We currently have a purchased license, but no one can use it. Thank you for your answer.  Kind regards Mirek InterVia

I was going to cancel  Zoom Pro today because I was feeling like the price of the Pro plan was too high for my infrequent use and not needing many of the features. When I clicked in to cancel, Zoom offered an option to go to a new Beta tier called Zoom One Basic Plus that's more like Basic but allows for extending up to 4 meetings/month to 80 minutes, so I decided to give that a try, but now I don't know how to use the meeting extensions and haven't been able to find any information about it in the support area so far. I realize I may be looking in the wrong place. Does anyone know more about this & could help me figure out how to use this new feature? 

google meet offers a feature where you can scroll back through captions if you missed part of the conversation. zoom should add a similar feature. if you agree, please upvote for visibility to the feature request team, thank you!

Why is it so hard and complicated to cancel a subscription from this platform?

Hi, I signed up for the Zoom phone metered plan ($12/ monthly) and after trying to add my Poly E350 Voip phone by using the MAC, I continue to get an error message stating “Extension 800 requires a Zoom Phone Metered, Unlimited, or Pro plan.” Please see attachment   Is there something I’m missing, or do I need to upgrade the plan again in order for me to add the phone? Any advice is really appreciated. Thank you

Unfortunately, I have only received automated responses and have not been able to speak with anyone from the support team.The add-on renewed on June 10, 2026, and I canceled it on June 16, 2026. I simply forgot to cancel it before renewal, and the feature has not been used since then. I am requesting that my case be reviewed by a real person and considered for a one-time courtesy refund.What concerns me even more is the lack of access to genuine support. I had paid all the credit and it shows paid as well, but i am still not able to avail the services. Does anyone know why? 

I was charged 250.86 Canadian by ZoomUS on January 18/2024. I did not authorize this nor have I been able to contact anyone about it. When I tried phoning, I was cut off because I did not have my account number which I have been unable to access. Please help. ***********

Buen día, entiendo qué el error es mío por no leer la política de reembolso, pero jamás me imagine qué una empresa importante se comporte así, me invitaron a una reunión por zoom, bueno, luego me toco crearla a mi, y al no tener un pago me sacó, está bien, la hice desde 0, pague y todo bien, sentí ser justo. Luego olvide cancelarlo, zoom es algo qué no uso y no volvería usar. Paso el mes y se cobro en automático, he intentado una devolución y la respuesta ha sido NO. Un servicio qué no usaré, qué no estoy interesado. No recibí un correo anticipando el cobro, a veces pasa y a todos nos ha pasado qué se olvida una subscripción y a veces se envía un correo para recordar la renovación. Sí pasaba eso, en ese momento lo hubiera cancelado. No hago reuniones por llamada. Alguien de aquí alguna vez recibió devolución, me siento molesto y lo considero injusto, creo qué los casos deberían estudiarse.
