I added a new user yesterday. She still hasn't recieved her Welcome to Zoom email. In between then and now I've asked the system to resend the invitation 10+ times. 

 

Also, when I'm in a hurry I usually deactivate or delete an account, whether they're basic or Workplace. Usually the license appears once I'm done, ready to be passed along to the next person. Until today.

 

They're clearly not interconnected, yet they are happening at the same time. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Upgraded

Even after upgrading, the account still shows as Basic.

I bought the monthly package. But it still seems like a basic account. I was charged LKR 3000

Please fix it for me quickly.. very urgent.

Zoom Downgraded from Zoom Pro to Zoom Basic...though I paid in full for Pro...how did that happen?

I still cannot figure out my Zoom account problem, as I paid my Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro renewal on 3/27 (as evidenced in my bank account withdrawal).
 
Yet, my account shows I only have Zoom Workplace Basic. Somehow, I was downgraded and cannot get anyone via customer service call back (limited to Business Pro and above) and Zoom chat is useless!
 
Zoom chat gives basic answers that don't come close to answering my problems/issues!
 
It appears I'll have to pay another $159.90 to have a Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro account again!
 
I cannot link to my Google account at all, so I'm in limbo right now.
 
Do you know anyone with customer service call-in access who might ask a question on my behalf?

I need to use Zoom for online teaching, but i can't even open the file on my laptop, to install it!

 

After downloading the apk file, when i right click on it, i get the option to open or save.  When i click on open, nothing happens!

 

Please could somebody help me solve this problem, so that i can finally install Zoom?
