I now get pop-ups from Zoom every time I receive an email in my gmail account (use gmail to login to zoom), that only started in the last 24 hours.  It is just like email notification in outlook.   How do I turn off that setting so pop-up incoming email notifications stop?

わからないことが複数あるため教えて欲しいです。まず現在プロプランを利用しており、ZOOMSchedulerを利用できるようにしたいです。お調べしたところ①or②しか無いとは思うのですが、①プロプラン→ビジネスプランへアップグレードは可能か→→購入場所がわかりません、WEB上だと営業担当にお問い合わせと記載されます。②Schedulerのライセンスを購入する→購入場所がわかりません、WEB上だと営業担当にお問い合わせと記載されます。 また、現在アップルを通して購入となっており、購入方法を変更は可能でしょうか。できればクレジットカードに変更したいです。

I recently noticed that my Zoom subscription was automatically renewed on April 17, 2026, and I was charged without my intention. I would like to request a full refund for this charge.I have not used the service at all since the renewal date, and I did not intend to continue the subscription. I kindly ask for your understanding and request that the full amount be refunded.

zoomの解約方法についてです。今までプロプランを使用ていていましたが、不要となったためサブスクリプションの自動更新を停止し、アカウントを削除しようと思います。 プロプランのラサブスクリプションは停止し、現在支払いのステータス欄を見ると「自動更新は停止しました」と表示されています。次にアカウントプロフィールから「アカウントを終了します」を押したのですが、「アカウントを削除できません　このアカウントは有料アカウントです。アカウントを削除したい場合は、「請求」または「営業担当に連絡」に移動し、サブスクリプションをキャンセルしてください。」と表示されます。 再度「請求」に移動し確認しましたが、やはりサブスクリプションは自動更新は停止になっています。 どのようにすればアカウントを削除できますか。プロプランを使用できる日数が残っているのですが、その日数を過ぎてからでないと削除できないのでしょうか。

Why is it that if you reassign a license to another user, then this license is blocked and not assigned to anyone? There was no problem with this before.

안녕하세요, Zoom 고객센터 담당자님.저는  계정을 사용 중이며, 최근 Zoom 구독 프로 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청드립니다.해당 결제는 2025년 12월 04일  오후 1시 26분에 이루어졌으며, 쿠폰 사용에 대한 테스트로 1년 구독을 눌렀으나쿠폰 관 무관하게 바로 결제가 되어 버렸습니다.앞으로도 계속 사용중이니 부디 결제된 234,726 Won에 대해서는 환불 처리를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.

12월 14일 구독 취소를 요청하였고, 승인되었는데, 다음날인 12월 15일에 결재가 되었습니다.환불해 주시기 바랍니다.더 이상 쓰지 않기 때문에 취소합니다.

I lend my laptop to my mother so she could use zoom and renamed it, but now everytime I use it my mom's name appears, it doesn't matter how many times I rename it with my name, it still happens. I don't know what to do. If someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

Hello. We received the message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignments for your account." I understand that we are no longer allowed to transfer a single license between two users. But how can we at least return the license to its original owner? We currently have a purchased license, but no one can use it. Thank you for your answer.  Kind regards Mirek InterVia

Please, PLEASE...is there any way that I can speak with an actually person instead of the AI bot? Our account details have changed but we didn't change them. I have the account number, the email, the invoice number and everything but the bot can't help. I am getting an error message saying "Having trouble signing in with this email..." It won't even accept the email address so that I can go to the next page to enter the password. We haven't changed anything on our account and I have the invoice to prove we paid for the year.

I had recently availed of upgrading to zoom one basic plus, which supposedly entitles me to 4 meetings a month that can go beyond the 40 min time limit. Whenever I arrange a meeting, I am only given up to 40 minutes. However, I can't seem to avail of it despite it showing that I can in my profile. I wanted to know how I can avail of this considering I am already charged of the additional fees.  Thank you.
