The Zoom Community Champion Program celebrates the helpful contributions that our top community members contribute across the Zoom Community through solutions, support, and exchange of knowledge.

Champions are community members who have been nominated or invited into the Champion program. 

Opportunities to receive perks such as digital rewards, access to connect with the Zoom Community team, and invitations to exclusive events. Champions volunteer their time to the Community without the expectation or retrieval of compensation.

Community Champions are currently spotlighted with the rank icons and badges associated with their profiles. The rank icons for Community Champions who come from Zoom's customer community are a different color from the rank icons for Community Champions selected from Zoom's employee community.

Community members can:

• Be nominated (you can also nominate yourself!)
• Get invited by the Zoom Community team

Candidates are chosen based off of their contributions in the community and their knowledge of Zoom products. We also take particular interest in those that strive to deliver happiness to fellow community members.

We ask that all Community Champions continue to contribute in the community on a regular basis, providing insightful replies and helpful solutions to fellow community peers. We expect Champions to lead by example and demonstrate appropriate community behavior.

Each January, Champion activity will be audited. All Champions will receive a year-in-review. Champions who have been inactive in the 12 months prior will be sent an additional notification reminding them of their Champion role. In June of each year, any Champion who remains inactive will be terminated from the program. Champions can re-sign up at any time.
