Greetings.

 

I'm new to Zoom, switching from other platforms because so many users are most familiar and comfortable with Zoom.

 

I signed up for a new account, which worked as expected, and then attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.

 

I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it.

 

I've used multiple browsers and made sure that no blockers or add-ons that could interfere are active.

 

None of the online help options are meaningfully related, the chatbot is totally useless and Zoom apparently won't provide other help options except to paid accounts.  And I can't have a paid account if Zoom won't take my money.

 

Any guidance or suggestions will be appreciated.

downgraded plan

Our plan was downgraded to basic because we missed our payment date. But even after paying, the plan still says basic. Do we have to 'manually' upgrade the account?

Two accounts using the same email address for personal account

I have a personal paid account. When I went to create a meeting via google calendar and include zoom info, it said I had to log-in. I logged in with my email and password - but it said the password was incorrect, so I sent a password reset email to myself. That one said I had to log in via my google account on the log in page, so I did that. But then when I went back and tried to add the zoom meeting to the calendar event it said that I had a free account with a 40 minute meeting length - so I look at it on the zoom website and it's got me listed as a free user. I logged out, and tried logging in again with my email and password, but it now says I have to log in via gmail - and thus I'm stuck in a loop where I can't actually log in to the account that is paid (I double checked that the email I've been getting my billing info is the same address as the one I logged in with both previously and now via gmail). How do I get these accounts merged, or how do I delete the free account without losing the account that I've been paying for for months?

Resolved! Zoom Won't Remove Fraudulent Charges

I have several charges on my purchasing card that I have been trying to have removed and Zoom will not remove them. I work for an enormous college hospital system with a corporate Zoom account. I am one of literally thousands of lower-level employees, I do not pay for the hospital systems Zoom account. I have been ill served by their "Tier II" department. Who has claimed that the charges are from an increase in Zoom Room Licenses and monthly cloud services. MY COPRORATE CREDIT CARD WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ZOOM! I cannot believe that I am still fighting with them to remove the charges! Has this happened to anyone else?  

Hi - Thank you for contacting Zoom Billing. I am showing the charges are for an increase in Zoom Room licenses from 45 to 55 and Monthly Cloud services. I will transfer you to our Renewals team who can assist you with cancelling the services if needed.

I am from India and was successfully using a Zoom monthly paid account. However, my credit card expired, and I got a new one. When I tried to restart my monthly paid subscription with the new card, it showed the message: “The payment currency option is not available for your country.”

I also tried using several of my international credit cards that work for making payments in USD on other apps and platforms, but not on Zoom. How can I resolve this issue?

I am trying to change my login email and the email Zoom notifies me with.  The problem is, I no longer have access to the original login email, but when I go to try to change my login email to the new one, Zoom says to confirm the change by checking an email they send to the old one.  Since I can't access it I can't confirm.
