Incorrect Assessment of Non Profit Status by Goodstacks

Hi all, 

 

I'm the internal coordinator for a 20 year old non profit in Montreal, Quebec called Sustainable Concordia (Concordia Durable in French). I want to be clear, since I've heard other nonprofits in the area go through the exact same issues with this verification process, that we are NOT, legally or financially, a part of Concordia University. We are an independent entity recognized  by the provincial government. 


I'm bringing this up here is that there seems to be no way to review this. I cannot reply to the email and the form to request a review (found under the title: How do I request my rejected application to be reviewed?) is giving no results. It just says: 'Uh-Oh. This page knows nothing.' 

I should also say that the email that Goodstacks is trying to verify our organization with has nothing to do with us and we do not know why they are checking with Concordia University. I'm glad to send documents showing our status but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to send it to. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
