Since last year I have been trying to complain about the automatic renewal (I did not authorize) in October/2023, because we no longer use the subscription, since April/2023, which we acquired in October/2022 - valid only for 12 months and which would end in October/2023 . They debited my card again, despite several protests that I sent to the billing email. It is absurd and unfair to make me pay for a service that I did not authorize to renew, and which has become completely useless since April/2023!

Resolved! account upgrade issue

I have a zoom workplace pro account having 100 users capacity 
I have cancelled that subscription, now I need to upgrade subscription with 250 users 
Not able to do so 

It is asking us to contact to zoom to make changes

I'm working with a group who recently lost the person who set up their zoom account. Sadly, the death was unexpected, and we're struggling to access the account. While we work through the usual options, which all seem to require access to his email account, I'm wondering - if password recovery efforts are not successful, how do we cancel the account?

 

I'm aware that there will be a forced autopay coming up next year that would be a terrible insult to our grief, if this is not properly handled before then.

 

The account was set up in April, and has never been used. We do have billing info and someone who has fiscal authorities, which is how we discovered that there was an account - we noticed it on the bank statement.

Hello,

I have changed my e-mail address at Zoom from a private Google address  to a business address. To access the Zoom account, I used the single sign-on system via a Google email address.
After switching to the business email address, I was unable to log in to Zoom using either the business email address or the single sign-on system. So I cancelled the whole thing. However, I still can't log in to my Zoom account and I always get the following error message:
"Signing in to your Zoom account is not possible with this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2.025)"

The business IT support was unable to help me as my business address is no longer linked to Zoom. I can't get any further in the settings of my G-Mail address.
How do I get access to this Zoom account again?

When signing into Zoom via Microsoft using @hotmail.com email address it automatically comes up link your account with Microsoft sends an email code.  When entering the code it then says verify and then goes to authenticate via zoom network.  This results in a network error.  In order to successfully link a microsoft login with Zoom you need to use either the Zoom Desktop App or the Web App.  All of my devices are on the same private personal use 1 gig bandwidth wifi.  This is fully a Zoom Network Error.  

 

While on the Basic plan users are unable to submit support tickets or request phone calls. we are restricted to virtual suppport which is 100% inaccurate.
