Reactivation Charges

I reactivate my account (I can use it until this October) and Zoom charges me $3.92.

Anyone knows about this $3.92?

My reactivation fee is $159.90 and Zoom will charge me this on November 1st. 

It's Company account and I have to explain it to the office.

Sounds like you were on a Basic plan and bought the Pro license. The $3.92 charge sounds like the pro-rated monthly charge up to your next monthly renewal on October 1. Normally I see pro-rated charges for the full remaining time up to your annual renewal. You might create a Support Ticket to Billing to inquire further. We don’t have access to your account here in the Community.
