Problems scheduling zoom call through outlook

When I schedule a zoom call through outlook, it does not appear in my zoom account and the call is only 40 minutes. I get a message to upgrade yet I already have. How do I fix this

what works better for me using outlook is to sign up zoom using my outlook account, so both calendars synchronyze.

 

I thought support on zoom might be more active, but also I experience a lag between different time zones, and its quite messy to miss important meetings.
