I recently changed jobs, and can no longer access the email that is associated with my paid zoom account.  When I try to update the account email under my profile, It requires me to confirm the email change by going to the original email i can no longer access.  How do I work around this?  Very frustrating as I am paying a monthly subscription fee I cannot utilize.

I have gotten stonewalled at every attempt to contact support in every way.  Please help!!

I have paid whole amount 21,590.46 rupees on 4th august 2023 but till date today 9th august 2023 I can't access my zoom account. Help me on my account and amount. Kindly revert on my mail *********** and I have also attached my payment screenshot.

I have been contacting support for 2 weeks, over 6 people and dozens of emails. 

I have been trying to cancel the LARGE MEETING for WEEKS. 

No, on billing it´s not possible to cancel i get a message saying  "you need to contact support"

So I contact support and they tell you to "Go to billing" or an answer such as "why you want to cancel" and never come back to you. 

Then i got ONE persona saying "I cancelled your account"

And the next day I got charged by ZOOM... AGAIN!!! 

And then a message saying my whole account (paid for a year in advance would be blocked) if I don´t pay... 

This strategies of tyring your clients are not ok. 

Anyone else has gone through this?

Yeah this will be pulled immediately by Zoom...   I don't use Zoom.. (I don't even know who they are!)

But they got a hold of my credit card and are charging me $354...  ??   For what!?   I called my credit card company and they say...   Yeah... Zoom!    You are getting royally screwed!    Nope can't stop the transaction!   I tried calling Zoom, and I get the vaguest dumbest customer support represtantive..   I ask "What am I being billed $354 for?"  She can't answer.. I have no invoice no purchase order of that size?!?    "Sir!  I can't help you..."    I mean what is my involuntary $354 going for??  There's no order or nothing!  Just identity theft by Zoom..  (I can't explain it as plain as day!)    Don't buy from Zoom.  You'll be sorry!  I'm down to my last credit card that hasn't been compromised. (Oops.. it's been compromised!  Seriously!)
