Hi @DucAnhNguyen 

 

A credit card is required on active subscriptions. Even if you cancel before the end of the service period, you retain access to paid features until the term expires. Once your account is downgraded to a free basic account, you should be able to remove your credit card. If you still cannot remove it, it will require a ticket for Zoom Billing to assist. You can also terminate your account entirely. See Deleting your Zoom account.
