I activated 500 participants large meeting add-on just for a month. but cannot cancel it now. its says >>

 

"You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions."

 

I dont have activated any annual plan. It has already overcharged for two months.

Good afternoon Tell me, please, I paid for the zoom for a year in July 2023 ($173), but now the zoom turned off and I billed for $96. Why is that? Am I being asked to pay for an annual subscription again? How to check information?

How to downgrade the annual plan of Zoom Meeting?

We were subscribers of the Zoom Pro plan. For a particular meeting, the number of attendees hit the max of 100 participants, so in a hurry, we upgraded our annual Pro plan to an annual Business plan. We want to downgrade back to Pro and purchase a Zoom webinar subscription.

 

Unable to figure out how to do it. I called the sales phone number but was on hold for over 30 minutes, I had to hangup.

Hi !

 

When I was asked for my subscription's renewal, I received the invoice with the coupon but not how to use it. The result is that I was charged without the reduction. It should be far more explicit on the mail on how to use the coupon ! Then I spent hours trying to send a message to a billing service but apparently there's none so I sent a message to the commercial service.

 

Now I lost 56 € unless Zoom pays me back !

 

I'm furious and I just canceled my subscription for next year !

 

Best regards to everybody from France !

I just saw a carge of 130,42 € and 0,90€ in my personal credit card but I didn't subscribe any plan (I have a base one).

Did it ever happen? Does it can be a scam?

My account expired in July and i then decided to choose a monthly pro plan, now that i try to cancel my annual subscription it says I have unpaid dues and when I checked the invoice history there is a invoice from July 2023 to July 2024. However i was able to continue using zoom through the month of august, i can pay the monthly charges but not the annual charges.How do i go about this? Pease advise
