Refund Required


I have had a series of errors, caledar clashes, syncing issues and terrible tech support who go from emailing me daily to then closing the ticket without resolution. I have therefore cancelled my subscription early as I do not want to renew this terrible service which does not work how I need it to work. I am now trying to find someone to get a partial refund for the time the service hasn't worked and the rfemaining months left on my subscription. Please can someone help me?

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience with Zoom Technical Support. I'm not sure why your follow-up tickets closed.


I see that you contacted us in July and were then away for a couple of weeks. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your annual term on 11/24/2023. You have access to paid features until that date. Unfortunately, your account is not eligible for a refund per Zoom's terms of service.


Have you searched Zoom Support for a possible solution to your issues?

Using the Zoom Calendar Client
