Being grossly overcharged, How to reverse fraudulent charges in my Zoom account?

Since April, I have been grossly overcharged by Zoom, between $250 and $380 dollars per month, when I have indeed purchased an annual Pro Plan of US$149 per YEAR. I just realized this today when I looked at my credit card statements and saw that Zoom has been charging me ridiculous sums on my credit card, every month since March! HELP, what can I do???

 

I just logged in a support ticket, and have tried calling the help line, to no avail. No answer, and no email saying they had received my support ticket. What else can I do to receive prompt attention to this matter?

You have Cloud Recording 30 GB on your plan. If you exceed that limit, charges will be incurred for the total amount of storage for the month. Your invoices are accurate.

 

Regarding Cloud Recording Storage Overage Fees

It's important to keep a close watch on the amount of storage space you are using to ensure you don't incur overage fees beyond the amount of storage you pay for.
