le dont 1/08/2023, j'ai souscrit un abonnement à tarif réduit dont le montant a déjà été débité sur mon compte et n'apparait dans l'historique de ma facturation et on continue de me prélever les 13,90 € de l'ancien abonnement

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
