I would like to upgrade my basic account to pro. I made the corresponding selections, after entering my billing address I cannot process further. Reason is that the form requires me to provide a tax number. However, I am a private person - no business, no tax number - and  I also did not check the "This is a corporate adress" field.

Is there an error in the checkout form?

Any suggestions how to proceed?

I just changed the owner of the account to different email from my personal to my business email. But my subscription is still connected to the personal account  and all of the recorded files.

I want to transfer everything over. How can I do. I'm concerned If I canceled the subscription on my personal acc now It will deleted all of my files. 

So please give me some advice will be much appreciated.

For a while now, there have been advertising messages popping up during a live meeting and/or when I log into my zoom desktop app. I find them inappropriate and would like them to stop. Does anyone know how to do that? I've attached two samples of advertising messages I'm getting. Thanks. 

We had an account with Zoom that has been terminated. However, we still see that our email IDs are part of Zoom. Could you assist us or direct us to the appropriate team to ensure all accounts are removed? we're unable to do so using admin console

I cannot log in to my account because Zoom always asks me for the code from the 2FA app. I don't remember that I set my Zoom system like this. I didn't prepare the 2FA app. So, I cannot log in to my account forever. What should I do if I would like to enter my account? I made my new account to ask here.
