I just changed the owner of the account to different email from my personal to my business email. But my subscription is still connected to the personal account  and all of the recorded files.

I want to transfer everything over. How can I do. I'm concerned If I canceled the subscription on my personal acc now It will deleted all of my files. 

So please give me some advice will be much appreciated.

Double charged

I have zoom pro, paid by monthly plan.

but, they charge me twice, one is monthly, one is annual charge.

my account only shown monthly payment billing.

but I credit card charged

您好:我在5/14時帳戶自動續約後,想取消2025的自動續約結果在操作時失誤變成取消訂閱,雖然事後有重新再開啟回去,但卻造成信用卡重覆扣款,當時檢視發票記錄時 INV256837080有顯示退款,但等了超過一週仍未看見到刷退紀錄,朋友有代為去信給貴公司詢問,得到回應是與BIL1240892連繫,,但連結點入我們卻不知要從何著手,所以改為由我與貴公司詢問看看,不知此次信用卡刷退的處理進度如何 Show more
