Zoom Workplace Pro Plan cutting me off at 45 mins

I have Zoom Workplace Pro but calls are being cut off at 45 minutes.  I'm sure I'm in the right account (my only one).  I see no other solutions online and I can't get an answer from Live Chat.  HELP!
