Pro is $12.49/mo but it is trying to bill me $159 instead of $149. Anyone have any ideas on this? I saw this thread here but it's been dead for a while:

Out of the blue a msg pops on the screwing stating: your zoom one pro plan has been cancelled !!!!!! Just like that after they’ve taking my money for an entire year! I’m not doing any illegal activities !! This is so weird ! Can i at least get a refund or at least an explanation as to why this has happened!? 

I have been trying to stop billing me for zoom plans which I  I cancelled in Sept 2023 . Last 6 months they continue to bleed me in spite of fact that status shows as Cancelled plan !!

Agony is its no easy way to contact and resolve this and I am getting frustrated after chasing them for last 6 months though my back.

Last resort  looks like Lawyers

I am appalled to see the amount  time and effort wasted in resolving such a simple issue.

I continue to get ripped off  each month in spite of repeated support tickets to cancel and stop billing.

Last 6 months every month its agonizing to know there is  now way to get to team and get it resolved effectively

I am in a zoom meeting, someone hacked into my computer to enter ther meeting and wrote offensive graffiti drawing on the screen. the host found out it was coming from my computer and put me out of the meeting. How do I find out who it was and how to stop it in the future. This is the first time this has happened to me. any suggestions

I have a small client with 10 employees who want to set up Zoom. Most users will be using Zoom Basic, and only 3 accounts will have a PRO subscription. I know Basic accounts have a 40-minute time limit, while PRO accounts don’t have that limitation.

Our question is related to the account setup.

We can create an account for each employee using their company email, and each person manages their account, and some will upgrade to PRO.

However, I’m wondering if there is a way to create a “master” or admin account in Zoom.us where we can add users, purchase licenses, and allocate them. Is that possible?

What is the best practice on this scenario?

is better to use an admin account to manage users or every user/email alone?

Dear Zoom,

The annual pricing of full version is too much for educational institutions. My university does not have the budget to pay for the upgraded version. My private teacher rate is not high enough to justify the upgraded zoom subscription. Is there any chance you can offer us reduced education rate? I would be very grateful. I cannot connect to my account,  as I do NOT receive mail in my 'connection mail'. Not even in spam.

Impossible de talk to a real human being from Zoom support.

I try to change my email connection in my profil but Zoom System tell me ' Confirm with the code you received in your mail'.
But I don't receive anything.

Can you help?
