hi yes I'm the only user in the account - Money got deducted but you're right there's no email from Zoom confirming the paymentbut earlier in my payment history section DUE was there and now it shows a credit of negative (amount) on the date of payme...

Thank you for your valuable inputsbut right after step 4 I'm not able to click on the user type and select licensed, as it is just basic available there - other options are non-clickable
