No account associated with the email and changing old password is wrong

I have been trying to access my account from a different device and I’m being told the password is wrong, so I tried to change it and it says I do not have an account with the email and my old password is wrong.
I do not know what to do as I can’t log out of the account that was paid for or else I will entirely loose it. and to get any response you have to run around in circles
