Recently, I received many invitation emails which relating to introduce products, events....The sender from no-reply@zoom[.]us as the below image or attachment. I guess these are spams email.

 

Is there any way to detect the fake signature/certificate that used to sign these emails? and should I take some action against these or can zoom support?

Everytime I try to log in to Zoom, Zoom fails to recognize the device even though I used it within the past 7 days. I use 2 different computers depending on whether I am at home or at a meeting in Church and use my phone to schedule. This problem started recently and I can not get a human being.  I would cancell but I have classes recorded on Zoom.

We have been in contact with our relationship manager and the renewal team for the past three weeks regarding the reduction of licenses. However, on our billing date (March 29, 2025), Zoom suspended our account without any prior notice.

 

I previously reached out to the renewal team and customer care but have not received a positive response. Additionally, I submitted a request to Billing Support today regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive any update.

 

I request Zoom to reactivate our account at the earliest. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Recebo link para aula de um curso, e foi cobrada assinatura anual em meu cartão.

Nunca usei fora deste curso, não tenho intenção, não tenho necessidade de versão paga muito menos anual, não contratei, apenas dei ok link curso, como podem ter cobrado um ano, no aplicativo iphone, me sinto enganda, lesada e nenhuma forma de contato para reembolso e estorno do cartão funciona, não reclame aqui numerosos relatos do mesmo caso sem solução.

Não posso acreditar que uma empresa seja viva de golpes desta forma, acredito que o erro será corrigido.

Meu cartão está comprometido. Você faz isso sempre? Terei meu reembolso!? é picaretagem mesmo?

I currently use my Zoom account with the Google sign-in method, but I would like to switch to a standard email and password login instead. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a few challenges:

  • The “Linked Accounts” option is set to Google and appears to be greyed out, preventing me from unlinking it.

  • I do not see an option to set or modify a "Work Email" or "Sign-In Email" for a new login method.

Could you please guide me on how to unlink my Google account and enable a standard email and password login for my account? If any additional information or verification is required, kindly let me know, and I’ll provide it promptly.

I have been trying for 2 days to find out how to contact Zoom about charging me $246.90 for a subscription I believed had been cancelled over 18 months ago.  I used my Pro Plan subscriptions once only, maybe twice during COVID and have not used it since.  The money taken for this subscription was to pay for my grocery order to feed my family.  I am not earning an income at present and cannot afford to pay for something I have not used in 2+ years.  I cannot get anywhere with the Zoom virtual agent.  Most REPUTABLE companies do not need to rely on unused subscriptions as a revenue stream.  Reputable brands make it relatively easy to get through to an employee, and they usually refund at least the  latest  subscription charged to an account.  Some companies refund more than one year when they can see a subscription has never been used.  Zoom does not need my money nor the goodwill such refunds generate.  I get that.  

In Australia, I think we have consumer credit laws to protect people in my situation. Most companies in Australia have a range of mechanisms to assist people in times of financial hardship.  IF anyone knows how I can get past the virtual agent sending me in endless circles, I would appreciate it

Wrong name information in invoice since months

Since months I try to change the name information displayed on the invoice. It just displays my name and lacks the name of the association I created and run this account for. It is a self aid group of patients but where I place the name in my profile... Show more

Since months I try to change the name information displayed on the invoice. It just displays my name and lacks the name of the association I created and run this account for. It is a self aid group of patients but where I place the name in my profile it keeps not showing up on the invoice "SHG ME/CFS, LongCovid, PostCovid, PostVac". I also changed my name and include my wives you is the director of the group. But also change is not reflected. 

 

I am afraid I have to cancel my subscription ans resubscribe or change the service provider completely.

I do not get rembursed by the organization as long as there is a wrong name  information on the invoice. 

 

Thanks for any advice how you were probably more successful than I am.

My account has been consolidated to another acount with the help of zoom support. But I haven't received a refund of the 18 licenses. Thorugh https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068212 , "Any licenses or add-ons purchased by separate accounts can be refunded during the consolidation process.". I wonder when will I receive my refund.

I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error:  Unable to update email(Error code: 33000).

 

The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account.  When I do this, I get the same error code.

 

I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract.

Any help would be appreciated.
