Zoom Pro Plan

My plan says that I have the Pro Plan. However when I schedule a meeting I only have basic plan features. My meeting ends in 40 minutes. This is really irritating because I am paying for Zoom service and I am not getting what I paid for. Getting help support help is nonexistent.
