Paid for Zoom pro but still basic

On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is the...
