Zoom keeps asking me (unnecessarily) to change my password. How can I make them stop?

They keep sending me this message: "We're reaching out to you as we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service..." And there's a time limit: "If the password for your account has not been reset in... Show more

They keep sending me this message: "We're reaching out to you as we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service..." And there's a time limit: "If the password for your account has not been reset in the next 24 hours, we will reset your password as a safety measure to prevent any potential unauthorized access to your account." But nothing has been compromised; it's just that I routinely use two different computers to log onto Zoom. It's a huge pain to keep re-setting my password! How can I make the people at Zoom headquarters stop asking me to change my password? (Or if anyone knows how to actually reach a Zoom representative, that would be useful too.)

zoom admin.

I want to generate a generic email and password to be accessed by any member of my executive from their home computers.  Is the account I generate at my own computer IP address specific or can it be accessed by another member if shared.

Can I assign one licence and run two separate meetings at the same time?

Is there a chance to change the information on the invoice once it was paid? I updated the card info, clicked "Save" and it already proceeded with the payment. I didn't update the billing information before though.

 

After I edited the billing info, it was too late and the invoice is showing me previous data. 

Is there someone I can contact within the company (administrator etc), who could edit the data?

I recently purchased zoom pro and webinar annual subscription but i did not receive any mail confirming the subscription / invoice and my zoom account shows that I am a basic user even after i upgraded to pro. 

 

I have tried raising ticket but no response. I don't know what to do. 

 

I am scared as I invested major part of my savings in this. Please help me.

Hello

I forgot my password and simply clicked on 'Forgot my password'. It sent an email with:
"You recently requested assistance signing into zoom. Based on our records, to sign in with Google, click the button below, then select sign in with Google".

Now I can sign in with Google or Gmail but I don't want. As I don't even sign in with my gmail for just browsing, I want to reset my password with a signed-up email, which happens to be a gmail. How?

I was loaded as a user of a business account by the admin. After replacing my old computer, I downloaded zoom and assumed the account would transfer automatically, only to find it didn't!

The original invite link has expired.

Any ideas on what to do? I would be most grateful for any help.
