Can I assign one licence and run two separate meetings at the same time?

I have just purchased another licence as occasionally I have meeting times that clash which can be assigned to my business partner to manage.

 

Should I have purchased another licence which would have given me a new Zoom ID rather than add another licence to the my existing account?
