Hi, I'm interested in adding the large meeting add-ons to my Basic Plan account. Is it possible to do so without upgrading to the Pro or Business plan?

The help article seems to be outdated, and when I attempted to upgrade my plan, I was only given the option to choose between Pro or Business before adding the add-ons. However, I've seen comments from others mentioning that they were able to add the add-ons to their basic plan.

Can someone assist me with this?

Hi,

I was recently made an admin of an account who I do contract work for, which meant that our accounts became merged. It was then decided that I didn't need to be an admin and I was subsequently taken off their account however it looks like our accounts are still linked:

I am paying for my Pro account and payments are being taken out monthly
I only have 40 minute meetings
I keep getting emails saying my storage is nearly full
The recordings on my storage belong to the contractor, not myself.

Any help would be appreciated!

PRO license but account shows downgraded to Basic

Our account has just been renewed but we wonder why our subscription plan has been downgraded from PRO to Basic. Could you check and fix it for us at your earliest convenience, please?

If unlinked email In zoom, will the zoom account be deleted as well?

I want if e-mail disconnected will delete that account immediately.

Resolved! change billing date

Our next payment date is February 28th, but it is difficult to pay because the fiscal year is over.
I want to change the payment date to March 1st, the next day, can I change it?

Hi everyone,

 

I've noticed that users can be assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" plan which is extension-to-extension ONLY; we didn't pay for it so I'm assuming this is some kind of a free-bee

 

Our normal users get Zoom One Business Plus and our public area phones get Zoom Phone so my question is this:

 

Where did "Zoom Phone Basic" come from; since it doesn't show up in the billing section is there a limit to the users assigned "Zoom Phone Basic" and lastly could there be an ATA that I can assign "Zoom Phone Basic" to and use it just as intended for old POTS intercoms and extension-to-extension ONLY calling?

 

If yes what ATAs do you recommend, single POTS; or multiple; don't really care

Hi. Our company is transitioning away from Zoom in the near future. I intend to keep using Zoom for my personal stuff.

 

We use SSO to sign into Zoom and Zoom Community. It seems when we leave Zoom, I will lose access to the posts, questions, and answers associated with my work email address, since I won't be able to log into the community anymore. How can I maintain ownership of them once we no longer have the subscription?
