I am caught in a "One Time Passcode" account lock out loop.

I have my Meeting ID but I can't access my Host Key required because I don't have that written down and I need to login to access my Zoom.us account that has the 6 digit Host Key Code listed - I need both Meeting ID + Host Key to talk to support 😩

 

To make matters even worse - Zoom.us is NOT sending me the one time passcode to my email address.

 

----->>> I am not receiving the OPT verification code to my email address AND I am locked out in such a way that I cannot access/talk to Zoom Support.

 

YES --> I've checked my SPAM/Junk Mail

NO --> the OTP (One Time Passcode) is not being sent by Zoom.us.

YES --> VPN service is NOT running

YES --> Browser cache clear

YES --> Browser cookies reset

 

Please Help!!!

verification passcode

I have moved house and zoom now needs verification by sending me a passcode which is not reaching my email address.

Tried emailing  them, and chat which is enough to drive you distraction.

Any solutions please

Starting today, I can' assign licenses to my team members. I have purchased 15 licenses in June and it worked just fine.

Now I see a note that I have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit. HOWEVER, I also see that I have 15 licenses available. When trying to assign license to a user, it says "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit."

Searching for licensed user gives me 0 results.

Because I can't assign license to myself, I can't contact support. Vicious circle

Payment failed but the amount was paid

I tried to upgrade my account to pro and the amount of 29.89$ has been deducted from my card, unfortunately, I received MSG the transaction was declined 

 

What should I do now?

I received this email today from ZOOM requesting I change my password. Looks legit though I'm not sure based on the underlying sender name..

Account Owner Passed Away - Small Business

We are as small family business and last year my father. president passed away. I have managed our Zoom account with my own log in credentials and everything but now that the payment has lapsed. It wasn't until I tried upgrading that I realized it was all in his name and now I'm told I don't have those permissions. 

 

I know I can start a new account, but is there any reason to want to keep the old account going, but switch the primary account holder? Records of meetings, notes etc. 

Can anyone provide clarity or direction here? I don't have live chat because we are moved to Free Basic, and I cannot update because I don't have permission.

Account not getting upgraded

I was using Pro account however in January the subscription ended and my account was downgraded to Basic. When I realized it, and went to Billing section , I  renewed the pro subscription pack yesterday. Still account is showing as Basic. I have received the invoice and payment confirmation in my mailbox, however the same is not reflecting in the 'Invoice history' section of zoom.

Chat option with live agent is also disabled as account status is Basic. How do i get it sorted?
