How to retrieve back my paid account? after I send forgot password my paid account become basic free account

Hi @Jasmin07 I would ensure that you are able to re-assign the license at https://zoom.us/account/user#/ IF you have licenses available to you. If not, your plan type maybe expired... for further questions, I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here
