In attempting to delegate my admin too often I seem to have made a mistake and exceeded the number of times a license can be transferred. I didn’t realise that testing how to set this up caused this issue over a half hour period. How can I regain access to my license given I am the owner?

昨日から、zoomのライセンスをユーザーに付与しようとすると、
「You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit.」
というメッセージが表示され、ユーザーへのライセンスの付与ができない状態です。

保留中のプランはありません。

解決方法をご教示いただけると助かります。

I am currently Basic and need to upgrade from now to September ending.

I highlighted the Monthly subscriptions . However, it keeps asking me for Business VAT. 

I am not a business organisation. Therefore I did not click on Business but it does not allow me to make a payment.

I need to get the list of attendees (name and email) downloaded via CSV for each meeting over the last several months.  I need to get the meeting name and each person that attended the meeting without going into each meeting individually.  How can this be done??
