Resolved! My account is still basic after I've paid to upgrade

So I upgraded my account recently and I've been charged but my account is still stuck on basic with the 40 min limit.

 

I've got a meeting in 25 mins that needs to be an hour so can someone help?

Someone used my credit card to purchase an annual paid Zoom subscription. I created a support ticket and asked Zoom to investigate. They informed me that they found an account using my credit card. I requested them to stop the paid subscription on that account since it was using someone else's credit card. I always keep my credit card with me and never let others use it. Zoom assured me that they would handle the issue and asked me to wait. Suddenly, I received an email stating that my ticket was closed, and the problem was resolved without a clear outcome. I tried contacting them again through email, but there was no response. I attempted to reach them via chat, but the live chat access on my account was disabled. I am disappointed with Zoom's customer service in this situation. I live far away, which makes it difficult to contact Zoom by phone.

 

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

zoom continues to choice the language of the communication it sends me

for example, the last "Zoom Newsletter - Juli 2023" is in German.

All German communication are for bin as 99% of it it's spam.

Nobody understand german here. And no way to change this.

My profile is set in 'French'. I do not see any other language possibilities.

Zoom contact system doesn't provide any possibility to communicate this kind of problem. Only choice is to unsubscribe from newsletters...

Anybody living in a multilanguage country ?

Hello,

I need help.

I got charged on my credit card $367.82 from Zoom. but I didn't have even an account in Zoom at that time.

It was an unauthorized payment.

 

I have tried to contact Zoom and create tickets 2 times about fraud payment. (27-5-2023 and another one at 04-6-2023)

 

They have specified a ticket system for this issue, meaning many people face the same problem.

 

I have waited that long but didn't get a single response from Zoom.

 

Does anyone know how to get a refund from them?

 

or nobody gets a response from them if create a ticket about unauthorized payment?

 

Please let me know what can I do.

Add Sub-Account License

I have an account that have licence, and then i will add user (invite) to that master account. So it will be sub-account from that master account. But it doesn't have license. If i want to pay new license, should I take 1 or 2 license on payment page... Show more
