We have a limit of 100 for our capacity.  I may have 1 meeting with 125 guests.  I'm fairly confident that less than 100 will log in but I have 2 questions.  Can I purchase a 1 time allowance of more than 100 guests rather than upgrade at the rate of $50.00 a month and what happens to the 101st person that tries to join.  Will they get an error message?  Thank you everyone!

Clubing different zoom accounts

Hi,

We have 3 different Zoom subscription accounts.  Managing 3 different and their renewals can be simplified if 3 accounts can be merged with one master account.  How to do the same?

Hello! I really need help recovering an account. I had an account under a different email but I'm not able to login since 2SV is enabled on it and the phone that had the authenticator app was reset. I created this account to be able to post this. Every time I create a ticket is closed by support with no solution at all.  How can I recover my account and remove 2SV. Website also requires the recovery code, which I do not have. Please I need a solution or can you delete that account to release the email to be able to use it o a new account?

I have been trying for over a month now to resolve a ridiculous overage charge that we incurred, and all the support we've received has been useless.

We've now gone through four different people, and I've wasted hours on this. Today, I received another overage charge, even though your entirely incompetent team hasn't helped us with the previous charge.


We've been using Zoom for years now, and this is simply not good enough.


You can't just go ahead and charge people hundreds of dollars without warning or any explanation. It's not acceptable.

 

Who can fix this issue for me?

My Google Account connected to Zoom not allowing to sign-in

My Google Account which I have connected to Zoom, is now not allowing me to sign-in into Zoom. I've had to create a new Zoom account for it to work. Zoom, please fix this.

Esta mañana me encuentro con un cobro de la pizarra. Asi que tomaron en cuenta mi cancelacion, pero me colaron un producto que ni he pedido ni he usado nunca!

 

Pido que me devuelvan ese dinero. NUNCA PEDI LA PIZARRA.

Ya he hablado con mi banco.

はじめまして。zoomを更新するかキャンセルするか迷って問合せをしていました。私の返信が遅くなっていたこともあり、「10/16更新日で一旦キャンセルにしますのでまた継続されたい場合にはこちらからおねがいします。」とメールがきました。10/16までプロアカウントのはずが、今日からベーシックになっています。予算の問題で継続とキャンセルを悩んでいたのですが勝手に今日から変わって困っています。やり取りしていたメールも問い合わせもできなくなってます。どうしたらいいでしょうか。。問い合わせ先もどこに送ってい... Show more
