Hello,

I have 2 email addresses and I have a zoom account on each, one is a free account and the other is paid. I would like to move the paid account from the current email address it is associated with to my other email.

When go on my paid account, and try to edit the email address in my profile, I get an error message stating that the new email address has already been used.

How do I solve this? I don't want to close my paid zoom account as I have meetings set on it, but need to get rid of the email address it is connected with.

I used to have paid account of zoom and i have managed to save couple of meetings to my cloud storage. However, since i dont do online meetings anymore, i have not prolonged my subscription. 

I had not cleared my cloud storage before my account has been downgraded to free, and now i am getting email notifications of a full storage on daily basis. 

I cannot enter the recording settings (where i could disable them), because i do not have paid subscription.

Is there any other way how to disable them? because it is annoying as hell...

What a horrible customer service experience! I spent 32 minutes on the phone WAITING to speak to a person and when I told her in a polite voice what a horrendous CS experience it was, she hung up on me. Really!? For a company that markets themselves as essentially a communication entity, Zoom is a joke.
